Dan Osborne was seen overwhelmed with emotion, breaking down in tears inside his car after the real reasons behind his split from wife Jacqueline Jossa came to light.
The former TOWIE star, 34, appeared heartbroken following a turbulent week in which news of his separation from the EastEnders actress, 33, first surfaced. Witnesses described how he struggled to hold back tears, wiping his face repeatedly as the emotional weight of the situation became too much.

Sources close to Dan revealed that although he has admitted to past mistakes, he has worked hard to change. They explained that he is no longer the same man he was in his twenties, having left behind his “party-boy” lifestyle and tried to rebuild both himself and his marriage.
Those close to him insisted that family remains his top priority, and as a father of three, he is finding the breakdown of his marriage incredibly difficult to cope with.
The couple’s split comes after nearly nine years of marriage, following a relationship long overshadowed by allegations of infidelity. It has now been revealed that Jacqueline ultimately struggled to move past those past betrayals, while Dan reportedly reached a point where he felt he “couldn’t do it anymore” after years of trying to repair the damage.

Just hours before Dan was seen heading to the gym in Essex, Jacqueline was also spotted for the first time since the news broke. Wearing dark sunglasses and driving alone, she appeared subdued as she left their family home.
Their relationship has faced repeated challenges over the years. Dan was previously linked to several scandals, including being pictured with Gabby Allen in Marbella in 2018 and later accusations involving other women — all of which placed immense strain on their marriage. While he denied some claims, he later admitted he had made “mistakes” and even confessed that if the roles had been reversed, he would have walked away himself.
Despite everything, Jacqueline stood by him publicly for years, and the couple made multiple attempts to rebuild their relationship. When she returned full-time to EastEnders in 2023, their dynamic shifted, with Dan taking on more responsibilities at home, caring for their daughters Ella and Mia, as well as co-parenting his son Teddy from a previous relationship.

The pair, who married in 2017 after four years together, had previously separated during Jacqueline’s second pregnancy following a series of intense arguments — a sign of the deep-rooted issues that would continue to resurface throughout their relationship.
Now, after years of trying to move forward, their story appears to have reached its breaking point — with emotion, regret, and unresolved trust issues finally bringing everything to an end.
