‘FOREVER 18’: Sister’s Heartbreaking TikTok Tributes Leave Millions in Tears After Tragic Death of Henry Nowak

The heartbreaking loss of 18-year-old Henry Nowak continues to resonate across Britain, with emotional TikTok tributes posted by his older sister Olivia touching the hearts of thousands online.

In a series of deeply moving videos, Olivia Nowak shared precious memories of her younger brother, capturing moments of laughter, dancing, singing, and everyday family life before his tragic death. Accompanied by emotional music and simple but devastating messages, the clips have since gone viral, with one phrase striking a chord with viewers everywhere: “Forever 18.”

Henry was killed in December 2025 after being stabbed six times by Vickrum Digwa, 23, using an eight-inch ceremonial Sikh sword. The case attracted national attention not only because of the brutality of the attack, but also because of the actions of police officers at the scene.

In the aftermath of her brother’s death, Olivia created a touching montage set to Coldplay’s Yellow. The video, captioned “forever 18 brother x”, paints a picture of a vibrant young man whose life revolved around family, friendship and joy.

The footage shows Henry dancing around the family home, laughing with loved ones and celebrating special occasions. Many of the clips feature Olivia herself, highlighting the extraordinary bond the siblings shared. Together they can be seen singing in bedrooms, joking in the kitchen and dancing through everyday moments that have now become treasured memories.

Henry grew up in Essex alongside his three siblings before moving to Southampton to begin university. Those closest to him described him as a kind-hearted young man with a bright future ahead of him.

Several clips also show Henry and Olivia working together at their local Morrisons supermarket, sharing light-hearted moments while wearing their uniforms. The videos reveal a brother and sister who were not only family, but best friends.

As what would have been Henry’s 19th birthday approached earlier this year, Olivia posted another emotional tribute. Set to Bruno Mars’ Talking to the Moon, the video featured photographs of the pair together, including holiday snapshots and images of them holding hands.

Alongside the montage, she wrote: “Never felt pain like this. Forever my best friend. Fly high my angel brother.”

The message captured the overwhelming grief she has endured since losing her brother, a pain she later described in powerful words during Digwa’s trial.

Standing in court and facing her brother’s killer directly, Olivia spoke about the devastation that had torn through her family.

“If you had known Henry, you would never have hurt him,” she said.

She added: “My brother had my whole heart. He was a part of me, and I lost a part of myself when he died.”

In one of the most emotional moments of her victim impact statement, Olivia addressed Henry directly, saying: “The real pain is knowing that I’m going to miss you for longer than I got to enjoy life with you.”

She continued: “My brother didn’t deserve to be forever 18.”

The statement left many in court visibly emotional and has since been widely shared online.

Henry’s family has continued campaigning for answers following his death. His treatment by police officers in his final moments has drawn widespread criticism after he was handcuffed while repeatedly telling officers he had been stabbed and could not breathe.

Hampshire Police Chief Constable Alexis Boon has since apologised to the family, while the force’s actions are now being investigated by the Independent Office for Police Conduct.

An upcoming inquest will also examine whether police actions may have caused or contributed to Henry’s death.

Meanwhile, Olivia’s tributes continue to serve as a powerful reminder of the young man behind the headlines — a son, brother and friend whose life ended far too soon.

For those who have watched the videos, it is not the details of the court case that linger most. It is the sight of two siblings laughing together, unaware of how precious those moments would become.

And for Olivia, one heartbreaking truth remains.

Her little brother will always be “Forever 18.”
