Bryana Holly has fiercely defended herself after facing a wave of body-shaming comments following her appearance at the Vanity Fair Oscars Party.
The 32-year-old model, who attended the star-studded event alongside her husband Nicholas Hoult, turned heads in a black sequined Lurelly gown with a plunging neckline. But while her red carpet look drew attention, it also sparked a barrage of unsolicited remarks about her body.
Taking to Instagram Stories after the event, Bryana addressed the criticism head-on. She candidly explained: “I am seeing the comments around my chest. This is the product of a breastfeeding mother who hasn’t fed her babies in hours ok! If you know then you know.” She added firmly: “You are not owed an explanation.”
Her response quickly resonated with many, shining a light on the often-overlooked realities of motherhood and the physical changes that come with it.
Bryana and Nicholas, who have been together since 2017, share two children — their eldest son Joaquin and a younger child born in late 2022. Despite their high-profile status, the couple have largely kept their family life out of the spotlight.
Nicholas previously referred to Bryana as his wife during an interview in 2024, offering rare insight into their relationship.
The actor has also spoken openly about the challenges and joys of parenthood. Reflecting on life as a father, he admitted: “The levels of tiredness are extreme. No one warns you about it! But the level of love that comes with it outweighs everything. It’s phenomenal. I’m loving it.”
He continued: “And it evolves all the time. Children change so much, every day is different. It fills you up as a human completely.”
