Victoria Beckham has broken cover by reuniting with her Spice Girls bandmates for a night of celebration, just days after her son Brooklyn Beckham stunned the world with a scathing public statement that reportedly left her “devastated”.
The former Posh Spice shared a glimpse of the emotional weekend on Instagram, posting a photo from Emma Bunton’s 50th birthday bash, held on Saturday night at Soho Farmhouse. Alongside the group snap, Victoria wrote warmly: “Happy birthday to the most beautiful soul. I love you girls so much.”

The photo showed Victoria surrounded by Emma, Geri Halliwell and Mel C, with Mel B notably absent. The same image was also shared by Geri and Mel C, who later described the evening as “the most beautiful night celebrating over 30 years of friendship”.
David Beckham was quick to show his support, commenting on his wife’s post: “This made me so happy. I can only imagine how the Spice Girls fans feel. Special night celebrating Emma.”
The girls’ night out came at the end of what friends describe as a brutal week for Victoria. On Monday, Brooklyn published a six-page statement accusing his parents of being controlling and claiming they had prioritised “Brand Beckham” over family. Among his most explosive allegations was the claim that Victoria “hijacked” his first dance at his wedding to Nicola Peltz in 2022, calling the moment “inappropriate” and deeply upsetting.

Sources close to the designer say the comments left her “on the floor in pieces”, particularly as she has spent years shielding her eldest son from damaging stories and criticism. One insider said Victoria feels “betrayed”, believing she has done everything possible to welcome Nicola into the family and treat her like another daughter.
“She would usually do anything to avoid a family fallout,” the source explained. “But she feels it’s all been thrown back in her face and that both Brooklyn and Nicola have been unreasonable.”
Despite the pain, the Spice Girls reunion appeared to offer Victoria a moment of comfort and solidarity. Mel C, who has recently spoken about deliberately keeping her own daughter out of the public eye, hinted at how difficult life can be for children of famous parents, admitting: “It’s so hard to be in the shadow of a parent who’s had success.”
As the Beckham family continues to reel from the fallout, friends insist David and Victoria would “take Brooklyn back in a minute” if given the chance. For now, Victoria seems to be leaning on decades-long friendships — proving that when family fractures, sisterhood can still provide a place to land.
