Thomas Skinner has tried to show a different side of himself as he welcomed his Strictly Come Dancing partner Amy Dowden into his family home.
The Apprentice star, 33, who has been dogged by controversy since admitting to cheating on his wife just weeks after their 2022 wedding, proudly shared snaps of Amy enjoying dinner with his wife Sinéad and their three young children.

Posting to Instagram on Tuesday night, Thomas gushed: “Had my lovely Strictly partner @amy_dowden come over and meet my little family after we finished training today. My kids absolutely LOVE Amy. She is so good with them, they love her to bits. Sinéad made us a double lovely dinner and they are gonna be friends for life.”
Photos showed Amy cuddling up to Henry, five, and twins Roma and Dalia, two, before she and Thomas practised their routine in the dining room. Thomas also insisted he would work hard to keep Amy in the competition, declaring: “I am not letting Amy down. I am gonna work so hard and can’t wait for you all to see my live dance this Saturday night.”

He ended his post with a tribute to Dani Dyer, who was forced to pull out after fracturing her foot. “Absolutely gutted for my little mate Dani,” he wrote.
But away from the family-friendly posts, Thomas’ Strictly journey remains clouded. His 2022 affair continues to haunt him after his alleged mistress claimed their romance lasted three months, far longer than the “two-week fling” he admitted. He’s also drawn fire for political views and his attendance at a barbeque hosted by Donald Trump’s running mate JD Vance, which he called a “once-in-a-lifetime event.”

Despite the storms, Thomas insists his marriage is “stronger than ever” and that he won’t be silenced. In a lengthy message to followers, he wrote: “Life ain’t easy. I’ve been kicked down and called every name under the sun… But let me tell you this. I won’t be cancelled. Every insult, every lie, every attack—it don’t break me, it builds me stronger.”
