Amelia Lily has left fans speechless after announcing the birth of her first child — a baby girl named Pearl McQueen — following a completely secret pregnancy.
The X Factor alum, now 30, took to Instagram to share a series of sweet photos and the emotional news that she and fiancé Eddie McQueen, son of late Manchester United legend Gordon McQueen, had welcomed their daughter on May 23, 2025, at 10:11am.
“The best secret we’ve ever kept… Myself and Eddie would like to introduce our daughter Pearl McQueen,” she wrote. “Nine months of carrying you, Pearl, and being in our little pregnancy bubble.”
Amelia revealed that Pearl’s arrival came with some complications, but reassured followers they were “on the mend.” She thanked the staff at James Cook Hospital for their care and support, adding: “Baby Pearl, you have made all our dreams come true.”
Fans quickly flooded the comments with love and congratulations, praising Amelia for keeping the journey private and embracing the moment fully with her partner.
The birth comes just months after Amelia’s engagement announcement in October 2024. Reflecting on the past year, she had called 2024 “incredible,” with turning 30, getting engaged, and now becoming a mother.
