Davina McCall is proving she’s stronger than ever.
The 58-year-old TV favourite proudly displayed her incredibly toned physique as she powered through a strength-based yoga workout alongside her husband, Michael Douglas, just weeks after receiving life-changing health news.
Sharing a candid clip on Instagram, the former Big Brother host showed fans exactly how she maintains her enviable figure — working up a sweat on a yoga mat while confidently rocking an orange crop top and hot pink shorts.

The video captured Davina performing a series of core-strengthening exercises before breaking into a playful pose with Michael, 49, highlighting not just her fitness but their close bond.
Alongside the post, she told fans she’s fallen in love with the process, explaining that she’s finally seeing the benefits of repeating the same exercises again and again. She added that strength training using her own body weight has become something she genuinely enjoys.
But behind the upbeat energy lies a deeply emotional journey.

Davina recently revealed she has been given the all-clear from breast cancer following surgery and treatment earlier this year — a moment she described as both “serious” and overwhelming when she went in for her check-up.
Speaking on her podcast, she shared the relief of hearing those words, saying it was simply “good news” and something she wanted everyone to know.
The presenter underwent a lumpectomy after discovering a lump, followed by preventative radiotherapy in January — a step she described as an “insurance policy” to stop the cancer from returning.
In a surprising twist, she even found a moment of joy on that heavy hospital day, revealing she used a quirky “credit card wand” gadget that made people laugh and helped lift her spirits.

Reflecting on her diagnosis, Davina admitted it felt like being “punched in the face by the universe,” especially as it came not long after she had surgery to remove a rare brain tumour.
Through it all, she credits Michael for helping her process the emotional toll. He encouraged her to embrace her anger instead of suppressing it — something she said became unexpectedly therapeutic.
Now, after months of uncertainty, Davina is embracing life again — stronger, fitter, and more resilient than ever.
