I’m A Celebrity viewers were left devastated on Sunday night as comedian Eddie Kadi became the second campmate to be eliminated from the jungle — a result that many fans immediately branded “unfair” and “infuriating”.
The 42-year-old entertainer landed in the bottom two alongside model Vogue Williams, before Ant and Dec revealed he had received the fewest public votes. Social media erupted with disbelief, with fans insisting he was “one of the most underrated people in camp” and arguing that Vogue or Kelly Brook “should’ve gone instead”.

After hugging his campmates goodbye, Eddie sat down for his exit interview and grew emotional as he described how deeply the experience had affected him. He said the jungle had “changed his life”, adding: “I feel like I’ve been in there for a year. Coming from Congo, where we have a massive rainforest, I feel like I’ve had a taste of what my grandparents experienced, and I realise now why they were so humble. They were joyful regardless of any situation. Even when you’ve got no food, it shows that we are enough as human people.”
Earlier in the episode, viewers watched Eddie struggle with his new role as breakfast chef — a duty assigned by camp leaders Shona and Lisa. After confidently putting a pot of rice on the fire, he slipped away for a shower, leaving Kelly Brook grimacing in the Bush Telegraph as she predicted it would “definitely burn”. Her fears were confirmed, and the charred pot sparked sniggers, tension and jabs about his cooking skills.

The camp’s simmering tensions didn’t end there. Ruby Wax muttered to Ginge that Vogue had “destroyed the fire and didn’t know what she was doing”, prompting Vogue to snap back, “Are you two b****ing about me?”
Meanwhile, camp leader Shona faced her own crisis when a laminate revealed contraband butter had been found in camp. Shona admitted she had used it — even if she wasn’t the one who smuggled it in — and chose to step down as leader rather than cost the group two stars. This twist led to Ruby being voted in as the new leader, declaring: “Things are about to change. No more Mrs Nice Guy!”

Eddie ended his journey by crossing the iconic bridge, where he was greeted warmly by friend Deji Akinyemi. But many viewers insisted his time shouldn’t have ended so soon, with one posting: “Nooooo — what is it with the British voting public?! Eddie didn’t get a fair edit.”
