Kelly Osbourne has shared a heartfelt moment with the addiction coach she credits with helping her survive some of the darkest chapters of her life, just days after speaking out against online trolls who targeted her appearance.
The TV personality, 41, revealed on Instagram that she had spent the day with Amanda Martin, the founder of Courage To Change, a recovery service that supports people battling addiction. Kelly shared a cheerful selfie of the pair while travelling together, accompanied by a powerful tribute to the woman she says changed everything.

“This is Courage To Change coaching,” Kelly wrote alongside the photo. “She is my life saver. I love this woman more than anything in the world.”
Amanda Martin, according to her own website, works within addiction services and has been in recovery herself since 2001. Her organisation focuses on helping individuals rebuild their lives after substance abuse, something Kelly has spoken candidly about for many years.
The daughter of late rock legend Ozzy Osbourne has long been open about her struggles with drugs and alcohol. She previously revealed that her problems began when she was just a teenager growing up in the spotlight as the youngest member of the famous Osbourne family.
Kelly admitted her opioid addiction first began when she was prescribed Vicodin after undergoing surgery to remove her tonsils at the age of 13. Over time, that prescription spiralled into a dependency that would shape much of her early life.

After years of battling addiction, she managed to get sober in 2017. However, she later revealed that she suffered a brief relapse after lockdown restrictions lifted and the world began reopening again.
Her latest update comes after a particularly difficult week for the star, who was forced to defend herself against what she described as “cruel trolls” following her appearance at the BRIT Awards in Manchester.
Kelly attended the ceremony alongside her mother Sharon to accept a posthumous Lifetime Achievement award on behalf of her father Ozzy Osbourne. While the night was intended to honour the late rock icon’s legacy, the event also sparked a wave of online commentary about Kelly’s appearance.
Addressing the backlash, she condemned those who attacked her online during what she described as an incredibly painful period in her life.
“There is a special kind of cruelty in harming someone who is clearly going through something,” Kelly said while responding to the criticism.
“Kicking me while I’m down, doubting my pain, spreading my struggles as gossip, and turning your back when I need support and love most.”
She continued by insisting she should never have been placed in a position where she felt forced to defend herself.
“None of it proves strength, it only reveals a profound absence of character,” she said. “I’m currently going through the hardest time of my life. I should not even have to defend myself. But I won’t sit here and allow myself to be dehumanised in such a way.”
Kelly had already faced waves of body-shaming comments in the lead-up to the awards ceremony after fans noticed she appeared significantly slimmer.

The singer, who attended the BRITs with her mother Sharon Osbourne, both dressed in black as they arrived at Manchester’s Co-op Live Arena, has repeatedly denied using weight-loss injections despite ongoing speculation online.
Her recent public appearances, including a front-row outing at London Fashion Week, have also sparked concern among fans about her wellbeing. Kelly looked noticeably thinner during the Ascot Millinery Collective’s runway show at Claridge’s in Mayfair.
She has since revealed that the abuse she received online went beyond simple criticism of her weight. Among the messages were offensive remarks referencing her late father, who died last July.
Kelly has spoken for years about her complicated relationship with body image, revealing that her insecurities date back to her teenage years when she first rose to fame on the MTV reality series The Osbournes, which aired between 2002 and 2005.
Now, by reconnecting with the coach who helped guide her through recovery, Kelly appears to be reminding fans — and herself — that support and healing remain at the centre of her journey.
