The 72-year-old comedy icon was playing a cheeky round of snog, marry or avoid when she turned to Dec and told him she’d kiss him because “orally it’s quite superb” and that she had been admiring his “luscious teeth.” Dec, half-shocked and half-delighted, joked that he thought he was “supposed to get a snog,” prompting Ruby to grab him and plant the now-infamous kiss.
She didn’t stop there, adding that she’d marry Ant because she didn’t think he would “screw around,” insisting he was “wealthy enough” for her — leaving the entire studio, and viewers at home, howling.

Speaking through tears, the 24-year-old admitted he felt “amazing” and said he never believed he’d make it this far, confessing that he nearly quit “so many days” because it was “the hardest thing I’ve ever done.” He added that he didn’t enter to become King: “I did it for the experience.”
The Salford-born star was greeted on the famous bridge by his mum Michelle and sister Tasha, who had flown out earlier to support him. ITV insiders are said to be “thrilled,” with AngryGinge pulling in record-breaking consolidated numbers and already being eyed for major TV deals.
