But now, as the bitter rift between the Beckham family and Brooklyn Beckham and his wife Nicola Peltz continues to dominate headlines, fans have begun noticing something strange: the woman said to be distancing herself from Victoria appears to be slowly turning into her.
From biker jackets and brunette hair to dramatic photoshoots and even the way she expresses love online, observers say Nicola increasingly resembles a modern version of the former Spice Girl — despite the ongoing feud that has reportedly torn the family apart.
The tension between the camps escalated earlier this year when Brooklyn posted a now-infamous Instagram message accusing his mother of ruining his wedding moment.
He claimed: “My mum hijacked my first dance with my wife, which had been planned weeks in advance. She danced very inappropriately on me in front of everyone. I’ve never felt more uncomfortable or humiliated in my entire life.”
The accusation shocked fans and fueled speculation that the family rift had reached breaking point. Yet while Brooklyn and Nicola appear determined to build their own brand separate from the Beckhams, Nicola’s style choices have sparked endless comparisons to her famous mother-in-law.
