Robbie Williams has fulfilled what 94-year-old superfan Norma described as her “life’s wish” after surprising her with a deeply emotional 20-minute chat at her care home — a moment sparked by a viral TikTok video and the gentle nudge of his teenage daughter.
The singer revealed that it was his daughter Teddy, 13, who first showed him the clip of Norma preparing to watch a Robbie Williams tribute act, explaining on camera that meeting the star was her greatest dream. Moved by the video, Robbie quickly reached out to Bailey Greetham — the man who shared the clip online — to arrange a surprise video call just two weeks later.
Before entering the lounge, Robbie checked nervously with Bailey, asking whether Norma knew what was coming. She didn’t. Moments later, Bailey wheeled in a laptop and gently told her he had a surprise. As the screen lit up, Robbie greeted her warmly: “Hi Norma.”
