Nicola Peltz has taken a second swipe at the Beckham family’s “behaviour” just hours after her husband Brooklyn skipped Holly Ramsay’s wedding in the UK

Nicola Peltz has appeared to unleash a second thinly veiled swipe at her in-laws, reigniting speculation about the ongoing rift with the Beckham family — just hours after declaring she “loves being home” in Los Angeles.

The latest post came after her husband Brooklyn Beckham skipped the lavish UK wedding of close family friend Holly Ramsay, who tied the knot with Olympic swimmer Adam Peaty at Bath Abbey. While Brooklyn’s absence raised eyebrows, it followed months of reported tension with his famous parents, Sir David Beckham and Victoria Beckham.

Adding fuel to the fire, Nicola shared a quote attributed to the late Brigitte Bardot, writing: “If I could do anything about the way people behave towards each other, I would, but since I can’t I’ll stick to the animals.” The message was widely interpreted as a pointed comment on family “behaviour”.

The quote appeared shortly after Nicola posted a glamorous selfie in LA with the caption “Love being home,” as the couple remained in the US while the rest of the Beckham clan gathered in the UK to celebrate Holly’s big day. Brooklyn publicly backed his wife in the comments, gushing: “Damn she sexy xx.”

Sources claim Brooklyn and Nicola have had no contact with his side of the family for months, following a fallout that reportedly escalated after he missed his father’s 50th birthday. Brooklyn’s younger brother Cruz later revealed that Brooklyn had blocked his entire family on social media amid claims he had been unfollowed.

While David, Victoria, Romeo, Cruz and Harper Beckham were all present at the wedding, Brooklyn stayed stateside, sharing a cryptic Grinch-themed post featuring one of his rescue dogs. He was also spotted playing tennis in sunny Los Angeles with American pro Reilly Opelka and Nicola’s brother Bradley.

Despite suggestions that Brooklyn may not have been invited, insiders insist the Ramsay family maintain an “open door” policy towards him, making it unlikely Holly would have deliberately snubbed her former close friend.

Brooklyn further underlined where his loyalties now lie on Christmas Eve, posting a loved-up snap with Nicola and captioning it simply: “My Everything,” after spending the festive season with her billionaire family in Miami.

As the silence between Brooklyn and the Beckhams stretches on, Nicola’s carefully chosen words and social media moves continue to speak volumes.
