Katie Price’s husband Lee Andrews has launched a furious attack on Good Morning Britain host Susanna Reid, insisting she should lose her job after he accused her of unfairly branding him a “conman”.
The outspoken businessman hit back after Wednesday’s edition of GMB, where Susanna reacted to his explanation for his mysterious disappearance in Dubai by saying: “I think my eyes just rolled out of my head.”
Lee, who has repeatedly denied claims he was arrested over fraud allegations, has maintained that he was instead detained after being suspected of espionage and says he intends to face Susanna in person on the ITV programme.

In a new Instagram video shared on Thursday, Lee directly addressed the presenter while tagging both GMB and wife Katie Price.
He asked: “So, what is Susanna Reid rolling her eyes at?”
Promising a future appearance on the show, he added: “I’m not going to comment on that because obviously I’ll go onto the sofa with Katie at some point and we’ll thrash it out and then she can be as forthcoming as she likes.”
However, despite saying he would save his response for television, Lee went on to demand consequences for the veteran broadcaster.
“To actually judge me without any evidence and calling me a conman is ridiculous, she should lose her job for that Susanna,” he said.
“You’re prejudging, you’re prejudice towards me without any solid evidence other than an ex is coming forward with a story, and that’s all it is.
“If you’re an investigative journalist then surely you should know that.”
Lee also once again defended his account of events surrounding his disappearance, insisting armed officers initially detained him.

“I’ll say it one more time, the national guard that took me in the beginning, they have guns and they don’t register you as being arrested, they can just take you and hold you, which is what happened,” he claimed.
“Anywhere in the world you go to an airport and they have guns, they were patrolling the border and they took me and not in the best way either, it wasn’t the best experience.
“From there they held me in a state security, so I transferred from a jail, the most worse, horrific place I’ve ever seen.”
The latest outburst comes after reports emerged suggesting Lee could face prison again within two weeks unless he clears his outstanding debts.
According to court documents, the debts allegedly include around £54,000 linked to a rental car agreement and a further £15,000 owed to a UAE law firm.
A representative for Lee told The Sun: “The judgement debtor appeared before the court and was questioned regarding the reason for failure to pay the debt.
“He stated his wife is currently outside the country and that he has been unable to access his bank account required to make payment.
“He requested a period of 14 days in order to settle the outstanding amount.”
An insider claimed Lee managed to avoid an immediate return to prison after assuring officials he could raise the money himself.
“Lee managed to talk himself out of jail, and said he would be able to raise the capital himself,” the source said.
“He says Katie has been his rock, and helped him liaise with officials when he was banged-up – but that he hasn’t asked her to pay off any of his debts. He insists he can do that himself.”
Despite mounting claims surrounding the reasons for his imprisonment, Lee continues to insist there is “not one shred of evidence” linking him to fraud or criminal wrongdoing.
He also dismissed allegations that he had secured a £200,000 mortgage in former fiancée Dina Taji’s name without her consent.
“There’s not one shred of evidence where I’ve taken a mortgage in someone else’s name, particularly in my ex fiancée’s name Dina,” he said.
“If I was to take a mortgage in somebody else’s name, wouldn’t she get that mortgage? How does it work? What would I benefit from signing her name? That’s definitely not the case. So, let her bring the mortgage paper.”
Lee additionally accused another former partner, Alana Percival, of spreading stories about him.
“This is a story that’s got out and has come from Alana, my ex who I was with for one minute,” he said.
“She’s just fame hungry.”
The latest drama comes after several of Lee’s ex-partners publicly warned Katie Price against giving him money, while Katie herself previously admitted her husband had “questions to answer” over his supposed fortune.
