Katie Price and her husband Lee Andrews insist they will be flying to the UK “within days” despite claims that the businessman has been banned from leaving Dubai

Katie Price and her new husband Lee Andrews have boldly insisted they’ll be back in the UK “within days” – despite mounting claims that the businessman is banned from leaving Dubai.

The former glamour model, 47, stunned fans last month when she tied the knot with Lee, 43, after what insiders described as a whirlwind one-week romance in the UAE. Since then, the newlyweds have remained in Dubai – and speculation has only intensified.

Taking to Instagram Stories this week, Lee referred to Katie as his “sweet little wife” while she proudly called him her “husband”. In the clip, she told followers: “So we are still in Dubai and we will be coming to England very soon.”

Lee chimed in, asking: “Within a day right?” prompting Katie to laugh and declare: “Watch out England, we’re coming.”

Yet the confident message comes amid explosive allegations that Lee is subject to a travel ban in the United Arab Emirates. Reports claim he previously spent three weeks in a Dubai jail over accusations that he forged his ex-girlfriend’s signature to secure a £200,000 loan in her name – something he firmly denies.

Insiders have alleged that Lee applied for a £200,000 mortgage on behalf of former partner and personal trainer Dina Taji without her knowledge. According to Dubai law, individuals facing ongoing criminal investigations or unresolved financial disputes can be legally barred from leaving the country.

Earlier this month, Lee attempted to shut down the rumours by posting a screenshot from the MOI UAE app showing the words “No travel bans” under his profile. He told followers: “There’s no travel ban, directly from the police UAE application and it’s my profile so you can check those statuses, fines related to traffic and also if you’re allowed to travel. It’s not fabricated.”

He added confidently: “I’m going on my honeymoon in a few days guys so definitely not on a travel ban. I’m in the happiest moment of my life so I’m forward to going with my person, my human, on my honeymoon.”

Despite those assurances, the couple appear to have remained in Dubai weeks later – raising further eyebrows.

The drama doesn’t stop there. Lee recently shared an AI-generated mock-up of what he claims will be their future “family home” – a lavish three-storey mansion complete with bedrooms for guests, children and parents, plus his-and-hers cars.

Sources say Katie has already put down a deposit and signed a contract for the property in the UAE. But those close to the star are said to be deeply concerned.

One insider claimed: “She is really excited and thinks she is going to have her happy ending with Lee but those close to Katie fear this could be the start of a potential scam.”

The source added: “Katie says she is busy planning her new life with Lee and has splashed the cash on this property – but it’s making her closest friends and family anxious. They’re concerned about his motives and that is only natural given what some of his ex partners have said.”

For now, Katie and Lee insist England should prepare for their return. But until they board that flight, the questions – and the rumours – show no sign of fading.
