A DJ who worked at Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz’s lavish 2022 wedding has finally broken his silence — and he insists the now-viral claims about Victoria Beckham’s “inappropriate” dance are true.
Celebrity DJ Fat Tony, who performed a late-night set at the star-studded ceremony, appeared to back Brooklyn’s explosive allegation that his mother “hijacked” his first dance. The 26-year-old amateur chef recently claimed the moment meant to be shared with his bride turned into a deeply humiliating experience — and Tony’s online reaction poured petrol on the fire.

Tony joined the wave of memes mocking the incident by posting a clip from BBC sitcom Motherland, showing Lucy Punch’s character dancing wildly, captioned: “POV: Victoria Beckham during Brooklyn’s first dance.” He then added the kicker: “Actual video footage. It’s true — I was there!”
The DJ’s partner, Stavros Agapiou, briefly went even further, sharing a message that echoed Brooklyn’s version of events, saying he witnessed the moment and that Brooklyn was “telling the truth” for finally speaking out. The post was later deleted — but not before fans took screenshots.
Brooklyn’s original account described how, in front of around 500 guests, he was called to the dancefloor by Marc Anthony, expecting a romantic first dance with his wife. Instead, he claimed his mother was waiting for him — and that what followed left him “uncomfortable” and “humiliated” in front of everyone.

So far, Victoria and David Beckham have remained silent. However, the internet has rushed to their defence, resurfacing years of footage showing Victoria dancing freely at family parties, beach gatherings and even alongside her children — prompting many to argue the former Spice Girl was simply “a mum who’d had a few wines.”
As the Beckham family feud deepens, one thing is clear: what happened on that dancefloor has become the most explosive flashpoint yet — and now, insiders are lining up to say Brooklyn wasn’t exaggerating after all.
