“He Cheated at My Birthday Party. I walked in and saw them undressing each other” – Myleene Klass opens up about the humiliation and heartbreak of catching her husband cheating during her own birthday party at home

Myleene Klass has opened up about the crushing moment she caught her ex-husband Graham Quinn being unfaithful—with a well-known celebrity—at her own birthday party.

Speaking on the We Need To Talk podcast, the Loose Women presenter, 47, shared that the betrayal happened right in her home, on a balcony, during her celebration. “I walked in on him with a famous person on my birthday,” she said. “They weren’t having sex, but they were unzipping each other. The first thing they both said was, ‘It’s not what you think’—but it was exactly what I thought.”

She revealed that the scene was so upsetting, she immediately ordered everyone to leave the party, including Graham’s own parents. “His dad said, ‘He doesn’t get it from me.’ I just remember thinking how weird that was to say.”

Myleene later said Graham tried to explain it away as a drunken mistake, but the damage had already been done. “He said it was the drink. But I had to take responsibility—especially for my kids.”

The former Hear’Say singer married Graham in 2011 after years together and after the births of their daughters, Ava and Hero. But the marriage lasted only six months before he abruptly walked out, and they divorced in 2013.

Myleene recalled that even the wedding was joyless. “It was the most miserable day. I cried through the entire reception. I wasn’t allowed to plan anything. He thought it was becoming a circus.”

After the split, Myleene discovered more unsettling truths. She once made a surprise visit while Graham was away working and said she found signs another woman had been in his room. “I took my babies and a friend and confronted it. I just knew.”

Even more devastating was the discovery that Graham had secretly purchased a house and stashed away money. “A pop star called me saying, ‘I think I’ve got your money in my safe.’ He had planned his exit long before he actually left.”

Myleene is now engaged to Simon Motson

But the most heartless moment came, Myleene said, when he ended the marriage by sliding a Post-it note across the table with a figure—reducing their relationship to a number.

For the past 12 years, Myleene has raised her children as a single mother. “I’ve done it all alone, financially and emotionally,” she said. Despite the years of heartbreak and public humiliation, she says she’s finally made peace. Now engaged to Simon Motson, Myleene is looking ahead—but the wounds have taken years to heal.
