Romeo Beckham and Cruz Beckham have sparked fresh controversy after appearing to take a thinly-veiled swipe at their estranged brother Brooklyn Beckham amid the family’s bitter and very public fallout.
The moment came when Cruz shared a TikTok video showing himself and Romeo sitting in a car with their girlfriends, Jackie Apostel and Kim Turnbull. As the camera panned across the group, all four mouthed along to a trending audio before Cruz added a pointed caption: “Imagine hating and we’re just here like.”

The post immediately ignited debate online, with many fans interpreting it as a direct dig at Brooklyn, who only days earlier unleashed a bombshell statement accusing his parents of betrayal and manipulation.
Some followers criticised the brothers’ apparent show of unity, with one writing that siblings shouldn’t “take sides” during a family dispute. Others defended the pair, arguing that Brooklyn himself had dragged his brothers into the feud long before the TikTok appeared.

The timing of the video is particularly striking given Brooklyn’s recent claims. In his explosive statement, he alleged that his parents attempted to interfere in his marriage to Nicola Peltz, including claims they tried to pressure him into signing away the rights to his own name. He also accused his mother of cancelling Nicola’s wedding dress shortly before the ceremony and behaving “inappropriately” during their wedding dance.
Brooklyn strongly denied accusations that he had blocked Romeo and Cruz on social media, insisting instead that they cut him off first. He claimed his brothers were encouraged to attack him online before suddenly blocking him last summer.

Sources close to the family say Brooklyn’s comments proved to be the final straw. Insiders insist Romeo and Cruz now find the entire situation deeply embarrassing and are firmly backing their parents, with one source saying the relationship between the brothers is effectively over.
