Gino D’Acampo has broken his silence after being hit with a wave of misconduct allegations, expressing feelings of deep hurt and betrayal — and declaring he’ll never work with ITV again.

The 48-year-old celebrity chef, known for his cheeky on-screen personality, has firmly denied multiple accusations of inappropriate behaviour made by several women, including allegations of sexually explicit comments and unsettling actions dating back over a decade. He insists he was never made aware of these complaints before and that they are entirely untrue.
“I would never intentionally upset or distress anyone,” Gino said. “These claims do not reflect who I am.”
Despite the controversy, sources close to Gino say he remains adamant about his innocence and is determined to fight the allegations legally. One insider revealed: “He’s told his team to do whatever it takes. He feels betrayed and hurt — but he believes he still has a future in television.”

In the wake of the scandal, Gino is now preparing to fly to the U.S. for a new TV project, distancing himself from ITV — the broadcaster he’s long been associated with through shows like This Morning and Gordon, Gino and Fred’s Road Trip.
Adding fuel to the fire, it’s been claimed that ITV was warned about Gino’s alleged behaviour over 10 years ago. Staff reportedly described him as difficult to work with, often making inappropriate jokes and using his “star power” to intimidate. Yet, those concerns were allegedly brushed aside as part of his “cheeky” persona.
While Gino has yet to address these new reports directly, his stance is now clear: he’s cutting ties with ITV — and determined to rebuild his reputation on his own terms.
