David Beckham Shares Passionate Kiss With Victoria As Hollywood Walk of Fame Honour Turns Into Star-Studded Family Celebration

Sir David Beckham celebrated one of the biggest moments of his career on Friday night as he unveiled his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, with wife Victoria Beckham by his side and close friend Tom Cruise leading the tributes.

The former England captain, 51, was surrounded by family and A-list friends as he became the 2,849th person to receive the prestigious honour. The award came in the sports entertainment category and coincided with the United States beginning its World Cup campaign.

One of the most touching moments of the evening came when Victoria, 52, affectionately held her husband’s face and shared a passionate kiss with him in front of the crowd as they stood over his newly unveiled star.

The couple, who have been married for 26 years, looked more loved-up than ever as they embraced and celebrated the milestone together.

David’s children Romeo, Cruz and Harper proudly attended the ceremony, accompanied by their partners Kim Turnbull and Jackie Apostel. However, eldest son Brooklyn Beckham was notably absent despite living only around 20 minutes away in Los Angeles.

Victoria stunned in a figure-hugging grey satin gown while David looked dapper in a navy suit and tie. Harper, 14, wore a pale pink satin dress and cardigan, while Romeo and Cruz both attended with their girlfriends.

Hollywood superstar Tom Cruise, who has been friends with Beckham since the football icon moved to Los Angeles to join LA Galaxy in 2007, was among those sitting in the front row. The pair appeared delighted to celebrate together, exchanging fist bumps and sharing a warm embrace.

Long-time family friend Eva Longoria also attended the ceremony, turning heads in a burgundy dress, while James Corden joined the celebrations.

Tom was given the honour of delivering the induction speech, and according to a source close to the Beckhams, the moment carried special significance.

“It’s a full circle moment for David.”

The source added:

“Never back then did he think he and Tom would become friends, but they have, and there was only one person who could have done the induction speech for David.”

Reflecting on the pair’s long-standing friendship, the insider continued:

“The date night to watch Jerry Maguire is something both David and Victoria look back on so fondly.”

Speaking during the ceremony, David admitted he felt incredibly fortunate to be receiving the honour while being surrounded by the people closest to him.

The recognition also celebrates the success of Studio 99, Beckham’s production company, which helped produce the hit Netflix documentary series chronicling the lives of David and Victoria Beckham.

As cameras flashed and fans cheered, the evening became not only a celebration of Beckham’s sporting legacy but also a tribute to the family and friendships that have accompanied him throughout his remarkable journey.
