DAD LOVED IT — BUT MUM DIDN’T? Inside the awkward moment that exposed a split in the Fury family: Tyson Fury’s daughter Venezuela, 16, says mum Paris ‘is coming off like she’s disappointed’ about her getting married to Noah Price in surprise confession

Teen bride-to-be Venezuela Fury has candidly revealed that her mum Paris Fury may not be as supportive of her engagement as she claims — admitting it “comes off like she’s disappointed.”

The 16-year-old, who accepted amateur boxer Noah Price’s proposal during her glamorous birthday party last October, has now opened up about the moment her family reacted — and it wasn’t entirely what fans expected.

Speaking alongside her mum during an interview on Hits Radio with Sam Thompson, Paris attempted to strike a balanced tone, explaining she had always encouraged her daughter to explore life first. She said she had tried to give Venezuela “every opportunity” and wanted her to find her own path.

But Venezuela quickly cut in — bluntly telling listeners: it’s coming across like she’s disappointed.

Paris immediately pushed back, insisting she wasn’t unhappy at all, but admitted the engagement caught her off guard. She revealed that Venezuela had first told her about having a boyfriend at just 15 — earlier than she would have liked — and joked that she told her daughter to wait until husband Tyson Fury came home before anything went further.

While Paris seemed hesitant, Tyson’s reaction couldn’t have been more different.

Venezuela shared that her dad was “all excited,” even joking that none of his nieces could get boyfriends — making her the first. Paris agreed, laughing that Tyson was “more excited than me” and describing him as an “old romantic.”

The teen also revealed a behind-the-scenes moment from the proposal, which was filmed for their Netflix show At Home With The Furys. She recalled how Noah asked Tyson for permission — and Tyson’s immediate response was to tell him to put on a microphone before saying anything, ensuring the moment was captured on camera.

The engagement — shown in the newly released second season of the family’s hit docuseries — shocked fans when it was first announced, with many stunned that Venezuela said yes at just 16.

Despite the whirlwind romance, the teenager has already begun planning her wedding, revealing in a social media Q&A that she hopes to tie the knot as early as May or June — though nothing is confirmed yet. She also confirmed she will remain living at home with her parents until she gets married.

Earlier this year, Paris insisted that despite the engagement, her daughter is “still my little girl” — a sentiment that now feels even more telling in light of the family’s mixed reactions.
