Brooklyn Beckham is mocked over his “special” spaghetti — with no spaghetti, as he admits he’d simply run out of pasta

Brooklyn Beckham has found himself back in the firing line online after proudly returning to Instagram to show off his so-called “special” spaghetti bolognese — only for fans to quickly notice one glaring problem: there was no spaghetti in sight.

The 26-year-old son of David Beckham and Victoria Beckham shared the cooking clip earlier this week, marking his first food post since unleashing a blistering six-page statement publicly cutting ties with his family.

In the video, Brooklyn carefully walked followers through his “special spaghetti bolognese” recipe, despite plating up a dish that appeared to be missing its key ingredient. Viewers wasted no time piling into the comments, with one joking, “Is the spaghetti in the room with us, hun?” while another bluntly wrote, “This is not spaghetti.”

As the teasing snowballed, Brooklyn eventually responded himself, admitting: “I was going to use spaghetti but ran out xx.”

The light-hearted culinary mishap came just days after Brooklyn accused his parents of being “controlling” and attempting to sabotage his marriage to actress wife Nicola Peltz. In the explosive statement, he claimed his parents deliberately tried to split the couple up, while also reviving long-rumoured wedding tensions — including allegations that Victoria pulled out of designing Nicola’s wedding dress at the last minute and later “hijacked” the first dance.

Sources close to the family insist the claims have left Victoria “feeling betrayed”, particularly after years spent shielding Brooklyn from what were described as “dark stories”, with the Beckhams often deploying expensive lawyers to protect their eldest son’s reputation.

While Brooklyn was fielding pasta jokes online, he and Nicola were also busy projecting marital unity. The couple shared a series of glossy Instagram snaps from their luxury stay at San Ysidro, including a visit to a wine cellar featuring ultra-rare dessert wines worth up to £17,000 a bottle — and possibly far more.

Although it remains unclear whether the couple splurged on the historic vintages on display, the indulgence raised fresh eyebrows given long-standing reports that Nicola receives a £1million-a-month allowance from her billionaire father Nelson Peltz.

Meanwhile, more than 5,700 miles away in Paris, the Beckham clan presented a united front at Haute Couture Fashion Week. Victoria collected the prestigious Order of Arts and Letters and publicly thanked her children for “always believing in my vision” — a pointed contrast to Brooklyn’s vow never to reconcile with his family.
