Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz have marked the weekend’s full moon with what they described as a “magical” crystal ceremony — a quietly symbolic moment played out against the backdrop of Brooklyn’s increasingly bitter feud with his famous family.
The aspiring chef, who is the estranged son of Victoria Beckham and David Beckham, re-shared Nicola’s Instagram post as the couple posed holding several crystals during the lunar ritual on Sunday.

Nicola’s post hinted at deeper meaning behind the ceremony, referencing the full moon’s power to illuminate one’s “inner child”, unlock creativity and allow emotions to be expressed without apology. The lunar event also coincided with the Celtic festival of Imbolc, traditionally associated with new beginnings, healing and fertility — themes that felt pointed given Brooklyn’s recent public rupture with his parents.
Last month, Brooklyn detonated the family row with a six-page statement in which he declared he had no desire to reconcile with his parents, accusing them of repeatedly trying to undermine his relationship with Nicola. At the heart of his claims was an explosive allegation about their 2022 wedding, where he said Victoria had “hijacked” the couple’s first dance after being called to the stage.

Brooklyn went on to say that his mother danced inappropriately with him in front of guests, describing the moment as humiliating and deeply uncomfortable — claims that sent shockwaves through the Beckham brand.
While David, Victoria and their younger children Romeo, Cruz and Harper were presenting a united front in Paris last week as Victoria received the Knight of the Order of Arts and Letters, Brooklyn and Nicola were thousands of miles away enjoying a lavish Californian escape.
The couple were pictured kissing at the exclusive San Ysidro Ranch, a favourite hideaway of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. Brooklyn shared images of rare, dust-covered wine bottles from the cellar, including one of the world’s most coveted dessert wines, believed to be worth as much as £17,000.

It remains unclear whether the pair opted for the legendary 1831 Château d’Yquem or its even rarer 1811 neighbour, which last sold at auction for around £75,000. Either way, the extravagant display only fuelled renewed attention on Nicola’s reported £1million-a-month allowance from her billionaire father, Nelson Peltz — figures that continue to dwarf even the Beckhams’ formidable fortune.
Speaking on The Rest Is Entertainment podcast, journalist Marina Hyde claimed the financial imbalance may have played a role in the family dynamics, suggesting the Beckhams expected Brooklyn to become financially independent, while Nicola’s upbringing followed a very different model.
As Brooklyn and Nicola posted loved-up photos from Malibu — lounging in bed, walking their dog and admiring the hotel’s kitchen garden — his parents appeared determined not to let the drama overshadow Victoria’s Paris honour. In her acceptance speech, the former Spice Girl thanked her children for always believing in her vision, despite Brooklyn’s pointed absence from yet another milestone moment.
With missed birthdays, skipped celebrations and now a symbolic full-moon ritual replacing family gatherings, the gulf between Brooklyn Beckham and the rest of the clan appears wider than ever.
