The Radford family is preparing for another new arrival after 22 Kids and Counting star Millie Radford revealed that she is expecting her fourth child.
Millie, the third eldest daughter of Sue and Noel Radford, shared the happy news with fans on Instagram in a sweet family video. In the clip, she was first seen walking towards a baby scanning clinic before the post switched to a selfie with her husband Harley.
The most emotional moment came when the couple’s three children were each handed a sonogram picture. Sitting with their eyes closed at first, the youngsters then opened them, looked at the scan images and smiled as they realised a new baby was on the way.
Millie captioned the post: “We thought our hands were full… turns out they weren’t full enough! Baby #4 coming soon”.
She and Harley are already parents to Ophelia, Chester and Elodie, and the announcement was quickly met with warm messages from across the Radford family. Her sister Tillie wrote: “Congratulations Millie I can’t wait to meet them xx”, while Katie added: “So so excited for you both congratulations”.
The pregnancy news marks a much happier chapter for Millie and Harley after a difficult period in 2025, when the couple briefly separated before deciding to give their marriage another chance.
Speaking openly at the time, Harley shut down claims that their split had been staged for attention. He said: “I’d like to put it out there that we actually genuinely did break up. We didn’t do this for content – why would we pretend to break up for content?” He later explained that the pair chose to try again because they felt they “couldn’t give up on our marriage and love like that”, adding: “Everyone just needs that break I guess.”
Their struggles have also played out on the latest series of 22 Kids and Counting. Earlier this year, it was revealed that Harley had been forced to stop working following a health scare, leaving Millie to return to work while he stayed home with their three children.
The couple also faced a heartbreaking ordeal involving their dog Bella after discovering a lump on her stomach. They were told she needed urgent surgery costing around £2,500, a bill they could not afford at the time.
Millie admitted the situation left her terrified, saying: “The thought of losing Bella was a massive shock. I definitely wasn’t expecting it. I was frightened to have to explain it to the kids, and obviously, Harley would be heartbroken, so that would be just destroying.”
Harley also spoke of his distress, saying: “When she said Bella could die, I was really upset. I can’t really explain; it’s when you feel like something has just been drained out. You are just stressed and really worried.”
In one of the most emotional moments, Millie even pawned her wedding ring in a desperate attempt to help pay for Bella’s operation. Telling Harley what she had done, she said: “I’ve pawned my ring,” leaving him stunned as he replied: “You’ve pawned your ring. You’re joking me?” When she confirmed it was true, he said: “I don’t understand. Her wedding ring is very important.”
Now, after months of emotional strain, financial pressure and relationship struggles, Millie’s baby announcement has given the family a much-needed reason to celebrate.
