Alison Hammond looked radiant on This Morning as she stepped out in a pretty green tea dress, following her remarkable 11-stone weight loss.
The 51-year-old presenter hosted Friday’s episode of the ITV show alongside Dermot O’Leary, where the pair welcomed Rivals stars David Tennant, Danny Dyer and Emily Atack.
Alison’s transformation has taken place over the past five years, after she was told she was pre-diabetic — a warning that pushed her to make major lifestyle changes. She has since reversed the condition through healthier eating and regular exercise.

Speaking about how she manages temptation while surrounded by cakes on The Great British Bake Off, Alison joked: “I eat a bit of Paul and Prue’s after they’ve finished judging. I only try the ones that got a handshake from Paul or ones that won. If the judges aren’t impressed, I’m not trying it.”
Alison has previously insisted she lost weight without using weight-loss jabs. Instead, she has worked with a personal trainer, walked when her schedule is busy, and trained up to four times a week when she is at home.

She told Heat: “I’ve got a personal trainer – she’s amazing, she trains me when I can train. If I’m working, I don’t train, I’ll go for a walk.”
She added: “But when I’m at home, I’ll go and have a session with her in the morning, just an hour. It might be four days a week.”
The This Morning favourite has also added Reformer Pilates and early-morning circuit classes to her routine, saying Pilates has been “brilliant” because she is “stiff as a board.”

But there is one wellness trend she is not rushing back to. Alison admitted: “I did try one of those cold plunge pools once – and absolutely not! It lasted about a minute. I was like, ‘Why am I literally trying to kill myself?’”
