Adam Thomas has admitted he deeply regrets the way he reacted during his explosive I’m A Celebrity clash with Jimmy Bullard, after fearing another star’s decision had cost him his place in the jungle.
The 37-year-old actor lost his temper when Jimmy suddenly declared, “I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!” during a trial that could have sent the losing pair home.

Adam, who had been battling through the challenge, erupted at the former footballer, furious that he might be eliminated because of someone else’s choice to quit.
Now, ahead of the live final, Adam has reflected on the moment with regret. He said: “It was just really random and unexpected to be honest. I didn’t see it coming.”
He added: “Safe to say, I don’t think I was too happy about it. The fact I felt like I was leaving because of someone else just really broke my heart more than anything, as I wanted to do my kids proud.”
Adam admitted emotions got the better of him, saying: “In hindsight, I probably would never have reacted the way I did but I was just really upset.”
Despite the drama, Adam survived the elimination and reached the final for the second time, saying it “really means a lot” and that his family would be proud.

The emotional confession comes after a difficult series for Adam, who also broke down over his tense relationship with David Haye. He later revealed he had started therapy after the jungle experience, saying the clashes had pushed him close to breaking point.
David has since doubled down on his criticism, calling Adam “weak” and comparing him to a “Chihuahua”, comments that sparked further backlash from viewers.
Ant and Dec also admitted they felt uncomfortable watching some of the exchanges, with Dec saying the situation had “crossed the line from banter.”
Ahead of the final, Adam thanked the female campmates who supported him through the experience, writing: “I just refused to let them win by breaking me.”
