Nicola McLean Slams CBB Winner Jack P Shepherd and Reveals Shock Instagram Block by Finalist
Celebrity Big Brother veteran Nicola McLean hasn’t held back in voicing her disappointment over this year’s series – slamming winner Jack P Shepherd and revealing she was blocked on Instagram by finalist Danny Beard.
Speaking exclusively, Nicola, who appeared on the reality show in 2012 and 2017, admitted she was stunned to discover that Danny, whom she openly supported throughout the series, had cut her off on social media. “I absolutely loved him! I always said he was my winner,” she said, adding: “I was shocked. I hadn’t posted anything bad, only support.”
Nicola speculated that it might have been a management move or an automated filter, saying: “I hadn’t even tagged him yet!”
While clearly taken aback, Nicola saved her most brutal comments for the winner, Coronation Street actor Jack P Shepherd. “Jack didn’t deserve to win. I don’t know how he won,” she declared. “Can you explain to me how I’ve gone in twice, entertained the nation, drank copious amounts of prosecco, and he went in, drank tea, was quiet – and won? It’s gutting.”
She went on to say the show should revamp how housemates are paid, arguing, “It should reward the most entertaining – not the ones who just sit there and take the cheque.”
Nicola, who made headlines for her fiery clashes and outspoken moments during her time on CBB, is clearly still as bold and unapologetic as ever – and fans can always count on her to say what others won’t.
