Florence has celebrated a major milestone as she turned 10, with her family marking the occasion through an emotional birthday tribute filled with love, gratitude and admiration.
Sharing a heartfelt message on social media, Florence’s parents described their daughter as their “sunshine girl” and admitted it felt incredible to say she had officially reached double digits.
“Happy 10th birthday Florrie,” they wrote. “Our sunshine girl is double digits, it feels amazing saying that.”
Rather than listing everything they love about their daughter, they chose to honour her special day by sharing 10 qualities that make her so remarkable.
They praised Florence for being kind, joyful and caring, calling her “the definition of a sunshine person.” They also celebrated her infectious laugh, her deep compassion for others and the courage she has shown throughout her life.
The tribute continued by highlighting Florence’s warm hugs, her impressive artistic talent and the inspiration she provides to those around her. They also said she embraces every moment of life and appreciates everything she has, before describing her as “the most beautiful girl inside and out.”
“There are not enough words to express how much we love you,” they wrote.
The family also reflected on Florence’s incredible journey, adding: “Thank you for always fighting so hard to be with us.”
They ended the touching message by saying their daughter has made the world “so much brighter, happier and kinder” and declared themselves to be her “biggest fans.”

They admitted the milestone had been especially emotional, revealing that birthdays now carry even greater significance for their family.
