Jeremy Clarkson has confirmed that Clarkson’s Farm will return for a sixth series after revealing he is now in remission following his battle with aggressive prostate cancer.
The 66-year-old presenter left viewers fearing for his future when the fifth season ended with him lying in a hospital bed and admitting he might not return, depending on the outcome of his treatment.
But fans can breathe a sigh of relief, as Clarkson’s Farm has officially been renewed.
Prime Video UK announced the news in a joint social media post with Jeremy, who appeared in a video to reassure viewers.
He said: “So, a bit of a year. But I am delighted to tell you that season six of Clarkson’s Farm is currently being filmed.”
“It’s in production. And that’s particularly good news for me because, well if you know, you know, and if you don’t know, you need to watch season five.”
The streaming service captioned the post: “Delighted to confirm that Series 6 of Clarkson’s Farm is in production.”

Fans quickly flooded the comments with messages of support and excitement.
One wrote: “Woohoo best news of 2026.”
Another commented: “So glad we get another series and so glad that Jeremy is okay.”
A third added: “Just amazing news. Gone from full on sobs last week to feelings of thank god he’s ok!! Keep going J.”
Others even called for several more seasons, with one fan joking: “We also need a season 7, 8, 9 and 10.”
The announcement comes just days after Jeremy revealed he had been diagnosed with an aggressive form of prostate cancer in 2025.
Doctors discovered the disease following a routine blood test that showed elevated levels of prostate-specific antigen (PSA). Further examinations, including an MRI scan and biopsy, confirmed the diagnosis, but fortunately the cancer had not spread beyond his prostate.
Clarkson underwent high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) treatment and has since revealed he is now in remission.

Speaking to The Times, he issued an emotional plea to other men.
He said: “I have to say to everybody who’s reading this, please, please, please go and get checked.”
“It’s not uncomfortable, it’s not undignified. And it’s a no-brainer.”
“I did, and that’s why I’m sitting here talking to you 11 months down the line. I’ve seen so many people die of cancer.”
His diagnosis was first revealed during the final episodes of Clarkson’s Farm season five, when he broke the devastating news to farm manager Kaleb Cooper and agricultural consultant Charlie Ireland.
Jeremy told them: “I’ve got cancer.”
A stunned Kaleb replied: “No, you haven’t. Where?”
Jeremy answered: “Where it is is of no concern of anybody. I’ve known since May.”
“I had a medical, you remember back in May. I disappeared off the other week and I had a biopsy and it is cancer and it’s aggressive, but it’s really early.”
“I was praying we could get the harvest done and then I could go and get some treatment but it’s going to be slap bang in the middle.”
Thankfully, after months of uncertainty, Jeremy has now received the all-clear and fans can look forward to seeing him back on their screens when Clarkson’s Farm returns for a sixth season.
