Brooklyn Beckham’s First Reaction As Father David Receives Hollywood Walk of Fame Honour – And He Reportedly Didn’t Even Answer the Door When 14-Year-Old Sister Harper Came to Visit Him

Brooklyn Beckham appeared to be keeping a low profile over the weekend after skipping his father David Beckham’s Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony, with new reports also revealing that his younger sister Harper made an unsuccessful attempt to see him while the family were in Los Angeles.

The 27-year-old chef shared a glimpse of himself enjoying a jog with a friend in the California sunshine just hours after Sir David was honoured with a star on Hollywood Boulevard. Brooklyn’s absence from the milestone occasion was particularly noticeable as David was surrounded by wife Victoria Beckham and children Romeo, Cruz and Harper during the celebration.

The latest development comes amid the ongoing rift that has divided the Beckham family for months.

According to reports, 14-year-old Harper Beckham made a touching effort to reconnect with her older brother. Photographs obtained by Page Six showed the teenager arriving at the Los Angeles mansion Brooklyn shares with wife Nicola Peltz Beckham shortly after attending David’s ceremony.

Still dressed in the same pink outfit she had worn for the Walk of Fame event, Harper was seen approaching the property alone. However, the visit reportedly lasted only seconds before she quietly left without seeing her brother.

Sources claimed Brooklyn and Nicola were not home and are believed to have been out of town at the time. The pair have not been publicly photographed with Harper since Christmas 2024.

Meanwhile, David Beckham’s newly unveiled star now sits prominently on Hollywood Boulevard, less than six miles from Brooklyn’s Los Angeles home.

The former England captain was joined at the prestigious ceremony by Victoria, Romeo, Cruz and Harper, as well as close friends Tom Cruise and Eva Longoria.

Despite continuing speculation surrounding the family feud, David made it clear he had no intention of discussing the issue publicly.

“To be honest, I’m sorry to stop you there, but that’s a private matter. That’s the one thing that I don’t want to talk about,” he said when asked about the ongoing tensions.

Instead, the football icon focused on his ambitions and family life.

“Every day there’s a mountain to climb. I’ve got a life where I’m very busy with what I do. I’ve got four grown kids, the businesses, the club in Miami, but I always want to achieve more,” he explained.

David also spoke warmly about his 26-year relationship with Victoria and the values that have guided their family.

“We’ve got four incredible kids. We’ve got businesses that we work hard on. But we always make time for each other, and we always have. I want Victoria to be the best version of herself, and vice versa.”

“And as busy as we are, our family always comes first. That’s our priority, and that’s what makes it work when you’ve been together for so long. Our priority will always be our family,” he added.

Victoria echoed similar sentiments, admitting that parenting adult children comes with its own challenges.

“Being a parent of young adult children and adult children, gosh, I mean, it’s very different from having little children,” she said.

“I think that we’re trying to do the best we can.”

Reports have suggested that communication between Brooklyn and his famous parents has been severely strained since 2025, with tensions escalating further earlier this year. However, both David and Victoria have continued to publicly emphasise the importance of family despite the ongoing estrangement.
