Romeo Beckham has shared an emotional message about his older brother Brooklyn as the Beckham family prepares to celebrate one of Sir David Beckham’s biggest career milestones.
David Beckham is set to receive his own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Friday, June 12, with wife Victoria Beckham and children Cruz and Harper expected to join him for the special ceremony in Los Angeles.
However, Brooklyn Beckham’s presence remains uncertain amid his ongoing family rift.
Romeo Beckham sends touching message to Brooklyn
The Beckham family has endured months of speculation surrounding tensions with eldest son Brooklyn, who is reportedly estranged from his parents and has allegedly requested that communication be handled through lawyers.
Despite the turmoil, Romeo appeared determined to keep the door open.
In footage shared by HELLO!, the 23-year-old was approached while walking through Los Angeles ahead of his father’s big day and was asked whether Brooklyn would be attending the event.
Offering a heartfelt response, Romeo said: “I hope so. We love him. We love him.”
His comments have been viewed by many fans as an emotional olive branch to his brother amid the highly publicised family feud.

David Beckham’s Hollywood honour sparks debate
News that David Beckham would be receiving a coveted star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame prompted mixed reactions, with some questioning why the football legend had been selected.
According to organisers, Beckham’s recognition falls under the Sports Entertainment category and comes as the United States prepares to host the FIFA World Cup.
Walk of Fame producer Ana Martinez explained: “David Beckham’s recognition with a Hollywood Walk of Fame star in the Sports Entertainment category comes at a fitting moment as the United States prepares to host the FIFA World Cup.”
She added: “Beckham’s role in elevating soccer’s profile in America and his lasting influence on sports, entertainment, and global culture make this honor especially meaningful.”
Brooklyn Beckham’s family feud continues
Brooklyn has remained at the centre of headlines in recent months following reports of deepening tensions with his famous family.
Earlier this year, the eldest Beckham son reportedly accused his parents of prioritising “Brand Beckham” over family matters.
He also allegedly made claims concerning an awkward moment involving his mother Victoria Beckham during his wedding celebrations with wife Nicola Peltz.
As David prepares to celebrate one of the proudest moments of his career, Romeo’s simple yet powerful words have highlighted one thing above all else — despite the divisions, love for Brooklyn remains within the Beckham family.
