Alison Hammond turned heads during Friday’s episode of This Morning as she showcased her remarkable 11-stone weight loss in a glamorous leopard print dress, prompting co-host Dermot O’Leary to compare her to a glamorous Bond girl.
The 51-year-old presenter looked radiant in the slinky animal-print number, which she teamed with black flats, gold bangles and tightly curled hair, bringing plenty of Hollywood glamour to the ITV daytime show.
As the pair kicked off the programme, Alison complimented Dermot on his casual look, telling him he looked “absolutely lovely” in his grey cardigan and jeans.

But Dermot, 53, quickly returned the favour and couldn’t hide his admiration for his co-star’s stylish appearance.
“I feel underdressed next to you!” he joked before adding: “You look like a Bond girl.”
The sweet exchange left viewers delighted and highlighted just how far Alison has come on her health journey.
Over the past five years, the beloved TV star has shed an incredible 11 stone after discovering she was pre-diabetic. Determined to improve her health, Alison made significant lifestyle changes and has since reversed the condition through healthier eating and regular exercise.
Despite speculation surrounding celebrity weight-loss injections, Alison has repeatedly stressed that her transformation has been achieved naturally.
Speaking previously about her routine, she explained: “I’ve got a personal trainer – she’s amazing, she trains me when I can train. If I’m working, I don’t train, I’ll go for a walk.”
She added: “But when I’m at home, I’ll go and have a session with her in the morning, just an hour. It might be four days a week.”

At her heaviest, Alison weighed close to 30 stone, but she has embraced a healthier lifestyle through consistency and determination.
In recent months, the presenter has stepped up her fitness regime, incorporating boxing sessions, early-morning circuit classes and Reformer Pilates into her weekly schedule.
Explaining her new passion for Pilates, Alison admitted: “You feel absolutely incredible after it. I really need a good stretch – so Reformer Pilates has been brilliant for me.”
She also enjoys attending 6.30am circuit sessions led by trainer Steve Hensel, describing them as a “proper old-school gym” workout.
However, there is one popular wellness trend she refuses to embrace.
Laughing about her experience with cold-water therapy, Alison confessed: “I did try one of those cold plunge pools once – and absolutely not! It lasted about a minute. I was like, ‘Why am I literally trying to kill myself?'”
With her confidence shining brighter than ever, Alison’s latest appearance proved that her health transformation is about much more than numbers on a scale — and judging by Dermot’s reaction, she’s looking every bit like a leading lady.
