‘Same Meals For 30 YEARS!’: David Beckham honours Victoria’s strict diet rules as he personally makes her staple breakfast of avocado on toast — after revealing she has eaten the same meals every day for 30 YEARS

David Beckham has once again proved he knows exactly how to keep wife Victoria happy — by serving up one of her all-time favourite breakfasts in the sweetest way possible.

The former footballer, 51, melted fans’ hearts after Victoria shared a glimpse of the romantic breakfast he prepared for her on Tuesday morning. The former Spice Girl, 52, uploaded a snap to Instagram showing avocado on toast carefully cut into a heart shape, alongside the caption: “When daddy makes breakfast.”

The wholesome moment came just days after David publicly praised Victoria as “the best mum” in an emotional Mother’s Day tribute shared for fans in the US and Australia.

But while the cute breakfast won over followers online, it also reignited fascination surrounding Victoria’s famously disciplined eating habits — something David himself previously admitted has barely changed in decades.

Over the years, Victoria’s ultra-controlled diet has become almost legendary, with long-standing rumours claiming she survives almost entirely on grilled fish and steamed vegetables. The fashion designer has never hidden the fact she takes health and fitness extremely seriously, previously explaining: “For me, being healthy and strict about the way I eat and work out is what I have to do.”

Victoria has also revealed she regularly eats three to four avocados a day to maintain her glowing skin, often pairing them with egg whites for breakfast.

Fans became even more intrigued after David candidly discussed her eating habits during an appearance on the River Cafe Table 4 podcast back in 2022.

“I get quite emotional about food and wine,” he admitted. “When I’m eating something great, I want everyone to try it. Unfortunately I’m married to someone that has eaten the same thing for the last 25 years.

“Since I met her she only eats grilled fish, steamed vegetables, she will very rarely deviate from that.”

Victoria later hit back at suggestions she was “boring,” insisting her diet is actually packed with healthy fats including fish, nuts and avocados.

Speaking to Vogue Australia, she explained: “I mean, talk about making me sound boring! No. What he meant is that he’s never met anyone who’s more disciplined with the way that they eat.

“I eat lots of healthy fat: fish, avocado, nuts, that sort of thing. I do drink alcohol, unless I have a reason not to.

“I’ll detox from anything for three to six months where I won’t drink. I’m quite extreme in anything I do, whether it’s eating or working out or drinking or not drinking.”

Victoria’s strict food regime also sparked headlines after celebrity chef Dani Garcia opened up about her “complicated” requests while attending Sergio Ramos’ lavish wedding in Spain in 2019.

The chef claimed Victoria constantly requested coconut water, bowls of mints and a separate vegetable-based menu throughout the evening.

Recalling the experience on Spanish television, Dani said: “It was very strange. Victoria Beckham changed the whole menu.

“She had coconut water all of the time, a bowl of mints and then on the other side hydroalcoholic gel. It was complicated giving Victoria her menu that night.”

However, sources close to Victoria later denied the claims were entirely accurate, insisting she simply requested “plain fish and vegetables” when asked about dietary requirements.

The mother-of-four has long been known for her gruelling exercise routines and disciplined lifestyle, previously revealing she avoids butter, oils, sauces, red meat and dairy products altogether.

And judging by David’s thoughtful avocado toast surprise, it seems the football icon knows his wife’s famously strict routine better than anyone.
