Jeff Brazier has shared a deeply touching glimpse into his new chapter as a grandfather, opening up about the overwhelming love he feels for his granddaughter — and the pride he has for his son Freddy Brazier after becoming a dad for the first time.
The 46-year-old TV presenter took to Instagram to post a tender photo of baby Isla Jade asleep on his chest — a quiet, intimate moment that spoke volumes. The little girl’s name carries a powerful emotional weight, honouring Freddy’s late mum Jade Goody, whose legacy continues to shape the family.

Alongside the photo, Jeff wrote that he didn’t know he could love her any more, calling the newborn “perfect” and celebrating not just the baby — but also her parents, praising them for doing “a great job.”
Freddy, 21, welcomed his daughter with ex-girlfriend Holly Swinburn back in March. Despite their past ups and downs, those close to the couple say they are now in a much stronger place — more grounded, more united, and focused on building a stable future for their child.
An insider revealed that the journey hasn’t been easy, but it’s ultimately brought them closer. Freddy, in particular, has stepped up in a big way, with Holly recognising the change and slowly rebuilding trust between them.

For Jeff, this moment isn’t just about becoming a granddad — it’s about watching his son grow into a father, something that clearly means everything to him.
Never one to lose his sense of humour, Jeff also joked about his new role, cheekily asking fans: “Get dressed with Grandad??!!” — proving he’s embracing this new chapter with both heart and humour.
But behind the light-hearted posts lies something much deeper: a family healing, growing, and finding joy again — with little Isla Jade at the centre of it all.
