Victoria Beckham has revealed there is one legendary item from her Spice Girls wardrobe that daughter Harper Beckham is absolutely not allowed to wear yet — and fans instantly knew exactly which outfit she meant.
The former Spice Girl, now 52, opened up about Harper’s growing love of fashion during an appearance at the Time100 Summit in New York City, admitting her 14-year-old daughter is desperate to get her hands on some of her iconic stage costumes from the band’s glory days.

But while Victoria says Harper adores fashion and beauty just as much as she does, there is one look she refuses to let her wear for now: the infamous black PVC catsuit from the Say You’ll Be There music video.
Laughing as she spoke at the event, Victoria explained: “She loves fashion, she loves beauty, and I’m pretty sure she would love to get her hands on those Spice Girls costumes… Well not the PVC catsuit just yet. She’s 14, ok. So we’re going to wait for that.”
The fashion designer also revealed just how deeply Harper has grown up around the business world behind her luxury brand, explaining that her daughter has been involved in product meetings since she was little.

“She’s been sitting on my lap through product development meetings since she was a baby. I mean, she is as obsessed with product as I am,” Victoria shared proudly.
The comments come during a turbulent period for the Beckham family, following Brooklyn Beckham’s explosive public fallout with his parents earlier this year.
Brooklyn, 27, stunned fans in January after posting a harsh social media statement accusing David and Victoria Beckham of controlling him for most of his life and allegedly ruining parts of his wedding to wife Nicola Peltz Beckham.
Despite the intense headlines surrounding the family, Victoria insisted she has learned not to let public criticism affect her.

Speaking candidly about life in the spotlight, she said: “This has been happening since I was 20 so it’s been going on a long time. And I have an incredible husband who supports me enormously. We’re always there for each other.”
She continued: “I learned a long time ago not to listen to the noise. Someone’s always going to have something to say. I focus and I don’t pay attention to it.”
During another interview on the Today show, Victoria also spoke emotionally about protecting her children no matter what happens publicly.

“We love our children so much and have always really focused on protecting our children,” she said, while also praising David Beckham for helping keep the family grounded through difficult moments.
“But we laugh a lot. David Beckham is really, super funny.”
While the Beckham family drama continues to dominate headlines, many fans were far more distracted by one detail entirely — the idea of Harper Beckham one day stepping into her mother’s legendary Spice Girls wardrobe.
And for now at least, that famous PVC catsuit remains completely off limits.
