Kim Kardashian and Lewis Hamilton have taken their relationship into unmistakably public territory after being seen sharing kisses and affectionate moments during a beach outing in Malibu.
The pair looked completely comfortable together as they spent time by the shoreline before heading into the ocean for a paddle boarding session. What began as a relaxed seaside stroll quickly turned into a headline-making display of affection, with the two stars unable to hide how close they have become.
At one point, Lewis wrapped his arm around Kim as she smiled warmly back at him, clearly enjoying the intimate moment. They were later seen standing together in the surf, laughing, embracing and appearing entirely wrapped up in each other.
For the beach day, Kim, 45, wore a bikini top with a black wetsuit pulled down to her waist, leaving her long dark hair loose. Lewis, 41, kept things casual in shorts and a T-shirt as he carried towels and later took his paddle board out into the water.
The sighting marks the first time the couple have been photographed kissing, adding even more fuel to a romance that has been quietly building for months. Although Kim and Lewis have reportedly been friends for over a decade, their relationship is said to have turned romantic only earlier this year.
Their Malibu appearance comes after a string of increasingly public outings. Most recently, they were spotted together at Coachella during weekend one of the festival, where they arrived arm-in-arm for Justin Bieber’s set. Kim and the Ferrari driver stayed close throughout the performance, with onlookers noticing just how natural they seemed together.
Kim’s daughter North also joined them during the festival outing, with the 12-year-old seen wearing a long blue wig as the group made their way around the event. Kim and Lewis were reportedly guided through the busy crowd while staying hand-in-hand near the VIP area.
The new romance has also sparked attention because of the effort both stars appear to be making to spend time together. Reports claimed Kim recently made an 11,000-mile round trip to London for just 24 hours with Lewis, flying in on her private jet before being driven to his Kensington home.
A source told The Sun: “Lewis and Kim are two of the busiest people in showbiz, but they are determined to do everything to see each other when they have any spare time.”
The insider added: “Kim spent Easter weekend with her family and then had a photoshoot in Los Angeles on Monday morning, then flew across the Atlantic to see Lewis. They didn’t have long together because she had commitments in the US to get back to, but it was quality time.”
Their romance appeared to hit another milestone just before Kim’s reported London trip, when Lewis seemingly made things Instagram official. In a video shared by the F1 star, Kim could be seen sitting in the passenger seat of his red Ferrari while he captioned the clip: “HERE WE GO AGAIN. TOKYO DRIFT VOL. III.”
That post only intensified speculation that the pair were no longer trying to keep their relationship private.
Kim’s relationship with Lewis is being described as her first serious romance since Pete Davidson, and sources have suggested that those around her are already fully on board. One insider previously claimed their relationship is “intense” and said Kim’s family “adores” him.
After months of whispers, luxury trips and carefully watched appearances, Malibu may now be the moment that truly confirmed it: Kim Kardashian and Lewis Hamilton are no longer hiding their romance.
