During an honest conversation with Scarlett Moffatt, the former TOWIE star, 45, confessed she is “sick of feeling disgusting and ugly” after enduring relentless criticism and a lifetime of yo-yo dieting.
After a light-hearted dip in the jungle waterfall with her campmates, the mood quickly shifted as Gemma reflected on the harsh reality of living under constant judgment. She explained that although she once didn’t care about opinions, the growing obsession around body image has taken a toll, making her feel judged “every single day” because of hurtful comments.
