“I BROUGHT MY NEWBORN TO A FACELIFT!” — Katherine Ryan Stuns With Bold Post-Baby Decision, Admitting She Did It ‘Just to P*** Off Her Enemies’

Katherine Ryan has left fans stunned after revealing she brought her eight-week-old baby to a facelift appointment — and did it all with her trademark unapologetic humour.

The 42-year-old comedian opened up during an appearance on The Jonathan Ross Show, where she candidly discussed her cosmetic procedures, including a facelift, eyelid surgery, and facial fat transfer.

Speaking about her decision, Katherine didn’t hold back. She admitted she chose to undergo the facelift shortly after welcoming her daughter Holland Juliette, joking that the motivation behind it wasn’t entirely serious.

She said she decided to get a facelift “just to p*** off my enemies” after giving birth, before revealing the unexpected twist — she brought her newborn along to the procedure.

Katherine explained that the clinic had never seen anything like it before, recalling how staff told her she was the only person they’d treated who arrived with a baby so young. She joked that she had no choice but to bring her daughter, adding that the baby was her “goal weight.”

Despite undergoing surgery, Katherine insisted she bounced back almost immediately. She shared that she returned home the next day and carried on with life as normal — celebrating Christmas, attending parties, and even taking her children to Lapland.

However, she admitted the recovery wasn’t completely seamless, joking that she looked bruised and even wore a balaclava to a Christmas party, which she said unsettled other guests.

Elsewhere in the interview, Katherine opened up about motherhood after welcoming her fourth child at 42. Reflecting on her growing family with husband Bobby Kootstra — and her four children, including teenage daughter Violet — she admitted she has now reached her limit.

She told Jonathan Ross that you don’t realise you’ve had enough children until you’ve had “one too many,” adding that she has “maxed myself out… it’s over,” though she still described motherhood as a miracle and said she feels incredibly blessed.

The star also shared a surprising revelation about her health, saying she was shocked to discover her biological age is 77, despite being 42. She described the result as “hurtful” and joked that “it’s almost over for me,” though she has since embraced lifestyle changes including cold plunges, magnesium supplements, and a plant-rich diet.

Alongside her personal revelations, Katherine spoke about her upcoming book First Born Daughter, which explores womanhood and generational experiences. She revealed that her 16-year-old daughter Violet is contributing to the project, adding a fresh perspective to her often candid storytelling.
