Romeo Beckham has once again turned heads — and sparked conversation — after unveiling a striking new tattoo inspired by the Greek muse of erotic poetry, adding yet another piece to his ever-growing collection of body art.
The 24-year-old son of David and Victoria Beckham showed off the intricate design in a shirtless Instagram post, proudly displaying the detailed artwork running down his left bicep. Created by renowned Fine Line Hearts Club tattoo artist Jesus, the tattoo pays tribute to one of the nine Muses in Greek mythology — specifically the figure associated with romantic and sensual poetry.
It marks Romeo’s first new tattoo of the year, following a series of additions in 2025, including a subtle “11:11” ink behind his ear, a delicate fairy design on his arm, and a winged cherub etched onto his ankle. But with more than 70 tattoos already under his belt, this latest piece cements his place as one of the most inked members of the Beckham clan.
Romeo’s growing collection also includes a lion’s face paired with the words “Do it afraid,” as well as a poetic image of a bird carrying a rose alongside the phrase “Everything passes.” In another snap shared by a tattooist, he even revealed the word “Romance” inked in cursive down his index finger — a detail that seems to tie neatly into his latest mythological addition.
Following in the footsteps of his father David Beckham — who first debuted his own tattoo back in 1999 — Romeo is clearly embracing the family tradition of storytelling through ink. David has long used tattoos to honour his wife Victoria and their children, with his body becoming a canvas of personal milestones and emotional tributes.
The Beckham family’s fascination with tattoos runs deep. Between David and his eldest son Brooklyn alone, the pair are believed to have amassed around 200 tattoos. In a show of unity, Romeo and his brothers Brooklyn and Cruz even got matching “Brotherhood” tattoos in October, each choosing a different placement on their bodies.
But while Romeo’s latest ink celebrates art and mythology, it also lands amid ongoing tension within the Beckham family — particularly involving Brooklyn.
Earlier this year, Brooklyn made headlines after releasing a scathing six-page statement confirming he had cut ties with his immediate family. He wrote that he had “been silent for years” but felt forced to speak out, claiming his parents had controlled narratives in the press and created “performative social media posts” to maintain a certain image.
In a move that shocked fans even further, Brooklyn also appeared to alter one of his most meaningful tattoos — a tribute to his father David. The original design, which featured the word “dad” alongside a heartfelt message reading “Love you Bust,” now seems to have been covered up with abstract shapes and a star.
Brooklyn insisted in his statement that he had found “peace and relief” since stepping away from family pressures, adding that he was “standing up for myself for the first time in my life” and had no intention of reconciling.
