Defying concerns to fly to Dubai, Katie Price and her husband Lee Andrews have sparked fresh controversy after reuniting at a cosmetic clinic to have their noses and chins “fixed” and their looks “enhanced.”

Katie Price has once again thrown herself into the spotlight after reuniting with her new husband Lee Andrews in Dubai — and heading straight to a cosmetic clinic for a round of fresh enhancements.

The former glamour model, 47, flew out from the UK earlier this week, despite rising tensions in the region, to be with Lee, 43. The couple, who married just weeks after meeting in January before holding a second legal ceremony in February, have barely spent time apart without controversy swirling around them.

After weeks of separation — amid rumours Lee may be unable to leave the UAE — the pair wasted no time, documenting their clinic visit on social media. In a video shared to Instagram, Lee appeared with numbing cream across his face and told followers: “Hello so here we are – this is not AI. We are actually here to fix a few things. When I say fix, I mean enhance!”

He then revealed plans to alter his nose and chin, joking they would come out looking “like a brand new penny,” before turning the camera to Katie with excitement.

Katie, no stranger to cosmetic procedures, was seen undergoing Botox and filler injections during the visit. Speaking candidly as the treatment began, she joked: “So we’ve had the funny lines killed, but I will look like that one day,” as she pulled her face back with her hands. Lee quickly chimed in, calling her “gorgeous” as the clinician continued.

The reunion comes amid mounting scrutiny over their whirlwind romance. Katie’s decision to return to Dubai — despite warnings and ongoing speculation about Lee’s past — has only intensified public concern.

Comedian Katherine Ryan recently weighed in after Katie dismissed fears about her relationship on Good Morning Britain. Responding online, she wrote: “People are behaving this way because they love you,” suggesting concern rather than criticism is driving the backlash.

Meanwhile, questions continue to swirl around Lee’s background. His ex-fiancée, Alana Percival, has accused him of scamming money and fabricating claims about his wealth and business dealings. Lee has previously described himself as a millionaire businessman with links to Elon Musk and even hinted at becoming a “future trillionaire.”

Katie, however, remains firmly in his corner. She has insisted he is not a scammer and claimed she has personally verified his qualifications, including a PhD she says is backed by official documents and certificates.

“I haven’t gone for a con man… please be happy for me,” she previously said, adding that everything she had seen was “so legit” and impossible to fake.

Yet doubts persist, particularly after Cambridge University reportedly stated they had no record of Lee ever studying there — contradicting earlier claims about his academic background.

Despite the controversy, Katie appears undeterred — choosing love, loyalty, and a fresh round of cosmetic tweaks as she doubles down on her whirlwind new chapter.
