Abbey Clancy shocks fans with pregnancy revelation and begs Peter Crouch to “make me a mother”, but the former England striker gives a surprising response

Abbey Clancy has stunned fans by revealing she wants another baby with husband Peter Crouch — but the former England striker appears far less enthusiastic about expanding their family.

The couple, who married in 2011 after several years together, are already parents to four children: Sophia, 14, Liberty Rose, 10, Johnny, seven, and Jack, six. Having been together for nearly two decades, they often share candid moments from their relationship on their hit podcast The Therapy Crouch.

During a recent Mother’s Day themed episode, Abbey, 40, openly pleaded with her husband to consider having one more child.

She told him directly on the podcast: Pete, we should have another baby. It’s Mother’s Day — make me a mother again.

But Peter, 44, immediately shut down the idea. Shaking his head, he responded bluntly that he didn’t want another baby.

Abbey pressed him further, asking why he was so against the idea, joking that she would give up bringing more pets into the house if it meant having another child.

Peter wasn’t convinced. He reminded her that their home is already full, pointing out that she constantly brings home dogs.

He told her that even that day there were four dogs in the house — including one belonging to Abbey’s mum — suggesting their family was already chaotic enough.

Podcast confessions take a cheeky turn

The conversation didn’t stop at babies. During the same podcast episode, Abbey also opened up about her attitude towards intimate topics while speaking with sex educator Alix Fox.

Abbey insisted she is “no prude” when it comes to discussing relationships and fantasies.

The pair discussed unusual adult products now appearing in mainstream shops, including fantasy-themed items inspired by mythical creatures.

Alix explained that items that once would have been found only on niche fetish websites are now becoming far more common. She even revealed that Lovehoney has seen sales of fantasy-themed toys increase by an astonishing 244 per cent this year.

According to her, the boom may be linked to the popularity of fantasy series such as Game of Thrones and The Lord of the Rings, which have sparked people’s imaginations.

Abbey admitted some of the items looked “a bit scary,” but she was still happy to talk openly about the subject.

Abbey’s surprising “Viking fantasy”

The chat then turned to fantasy scenarios — and Abbey made a surprisingly cheeky confession.

She joked that rather than a monster-themed fantasy, she would prefer a prince on horseback. At the same time, she admitted she enjoys watching Viking dramas and finds the characters “unreal”.

She said Vikings are incredibly attractive and joked that she’d love Peter to dress up as a “sex Viking” to spice up their relationship.

She also teased that she enjoys seeing her husband get a little jealous, revealing that the only time he seemed bothered was when she was watching the Viking series.

Peter, however, was quick to laugh off the idea. Rather than looking like a fierce Viking warrior, he joked he’d probably resemble Rodney Trotter from Only Fools and Horses instead.

Despite the playful teasing, the exchange once again showed why fans love the couple’s brutally honest dynamic — even if Peter still isn’t convinced about baby number five.
