JoJo Siwa has left fans worried about the future of her relationship with Chris Hughes after sharing an emotional video of herself in tears.
The 22-year-old singer and former Dance Moms star appeared visibly upset in a clip filmed during a car ride shortly after spending time with the Love Island star. Chris, 33, had been visiting JoJo in the United States but recently returned to Britain, forcing the couple to face another long-distance separation.

Their romance has captivated fans since the pair formed an incredibly close bond while appearing on Celebrity Big Brother together. The connection was so intense that JoJo ended her engagement shortly after leaving the CBB house, and the duo soon confirmed they were officially a couple.
But JoJo’s latest social media post sparked concern among followers when she broke down in tears while speaking candidly about the challenges of their relationship. During the emotional moment, JoJo admitted that the situation was becoming increasingly difficult, saying that it gets much harder and that it never, ever gets easier.
Chris later responded with a heartfelt message of his own, admitting that seeing JoJo so upset had been painful for him. He confessed that watching her cry after what he described as the best week together broke his heart.
Despite the emotional moment, the couple appear determined to make their relationship work. The ITV Racing presenter reunited with JoJo last month when he travelled to the United States for her brother’s wedding after previously working in Italy covering the Winter Olympics for the BBC.
While their long-distance romance may be challenging, both JoJo and Chris have spoken openly about how serious their relationship has become.

JoJo previously revealed that she already imagines a future with Chris and has even discussed baby names with him. She explained that there are names she really loves and that she has spoken about them with Chris, though she has never revealed them publicly.
Reflecting on their growing relationship, JoJo said she always knew how much she adored him and loved him, but now things feel even more meaningful because their families have become involved in each other’s lives. She added that the relationship simply feels like destiny.
The star also admitted she often talks with Chris about their future and what it might look like if they have children together. Although dance has played a huge role in her own life, JoJo joked that if she could choose her child’s path she might encourage them to try something different, saying she would love to learn how to raise a professional tennis player instead.
Chris has echoed those feelings in the past, admitting he often talks with JoJo about marriage and starting a family. He said that when two people are deeply in love, it is natural to look forward to those milestones, adding that he would never shy away from the idea of marrying her and hopes they will one day have children together.
