“Grateful for the Strong Women in His Life”: David Beckham Pays Sweet Tribute to Victoria, Daughter Harper and Mum Sandra on International Women’s Day — As Family Stays United Amid Ongoing Rift With Brooklyn

David Beckham marked International Women’s Day with a touching tribute to the women closest to his heart — his wife Victoria Beckham, their daughter Harper, and his mother Sandra — sharing a series of heartfelt posts celebrating their strength and influence in his life.

The former England captain, 50, took to Instagram on Sunday to honour what he described as the “strong women” who have shaped his world, posting a collection of personal photos alongside affectionate messages.

One particularly sweet image showed Victoria, 51, posing alongside their daughter Harper. Captioning the photo, David wrote that he was “so grateful to the strong women in my life.”

In another post, he shared a throwback picture of Harper as a young child and praised Victoria for the way she has raised their daughter. He reflected that she was “bringing up strong, beautiful inside and out women,” highlighting how proud he is of the values instilled in their family.

David also celebrated Victoria’s professional success, sharing a candid shot of her reviewing designs for her fashion brand. The post subtly underlined the former Spice Girl’s sharp business instincts as she continues to grow her global fashion empire.

But Victoria and Harper weren’t the only women honoured in his posts.

David also shared a photo of his mother Sandra Beckham, 75, enjoying a cocktail, writing a simple but heartfelt message: “Thank you mum @sandrabeckham.”

He extended the tribute further by acknowledging Victoria’s mother Jackie Adams, sharing a photo of Jackie alongside Victoria and Sandra and noting how grateful he felt to be surrounded by “strong amazing women.”

The emotional posts came just hours after Victoria had celebrated a major professional moment at Paris Fashion Week.

The designer unveiled her Fall/Winter 2026 ready-to-wear collection to a star-studded audience, with several members of the Beckham family turning out in support.

David attended the show alongside their children Romeo, 23, Cruz, 21, and Harper, while Cruz’s girlfriend Jackie Apostel was also present.

However, one notable absence was their eldest son Brooklyn Beckham, 27, who has remained estranged from the family amid an ongoing rift.

Despite the tension, the evening appeared to be a joyful one for Victoria and David. After the show, the fashion designer shared a series of affectionate photos from the night, including one where David smiled proudly as she wrapped her arms around him from behind.

Another image captured the couple embracing warmly after the runway presentation, with David congratulating his wife on what was widely seen as a successful and stylish collection.

Victoria also posed for photos with Romeo, Cruz and Jackie Apostel following the show, as well as several celebrity friends who attended the glamorous event.

Posting the pictures to Instagram, she thanked her family for standing by her side, writing that she was grateful they were “always there to support me” and adding that she loved them “so much.”

The celebrations came against the backdrop of the Beckham family’s ongoing tension with Brooklyn.

The eldest Beckham son — who now lives permanently in the United States with his wife Nicola Peltz, daughter of billionaire businessman Nelson Peltz — sent shockwaves earlier this year when he released a lengthy Instagram statement announcing he was cutting ties with his parents.

Over the past year, Brooklyn has notably missed several major family occasions, including David’s 50th birthday, Victoria’s 51st birthday, David receiving his knighthood, and most recently Cruz’s 21st birthday celebrations.

While Brooklyn remains absent from family events, the rest of the Beckham clan have continued to support one another publicly.

Cruz is currently touring the UK with his band, performing to sold-out crowds, while Romeo has been carving out a career in fashion and recently walked the runway for Burberry during London Fashion Week.
