Former EastEnders star Danniella Westbrook has proudly revealed her dramatically transformed appearance after undergoing a series of intense reconstructive procedures in Dubai.
The 52-year-old actress was spotted back in London this week, stepping out of a Mayfair salon with a glossy blow-dry and a visibly refreshed look following what she described as a full face, neck and brow lift, alongside lip and nose reconstruction.

Danniella’s latest transformation comes after years of painful surgeries to repair the devastating damage caused by her past cocaine addiction, which destroyed her septum. Just last June, she underwent an operation to repair her nose — but the recent Dubai trip marked a far more extensive chapter in her ongoing recovery journey.
Taking to Instagram last month, she publicly thanked her surgeon, writing: A massive amount of love and respect to my amazing surgeon @parvizsadigh for all his hard work. Every day I grow and glow. Thank you and roll on Feb for the next operation.
Her road to rebuilding her face has been anything but easy. Speaking candidly in previous interviews, Danniella revealed she nearly died after one botched procedure and battled severe osteoporosis in 2015, which left her with screws for teeth.

Back in 2018, she explained the horrifying reality of her condition. They need to take a piece of bone out of my skull and put a plate into my face but they’ve got nothing to stick the plate on at the minute because the bone’s not strong enough, she said at the time.
She also recalled the unbearable pain she endured when the bone failed to close around the screws. The bone hadn’t closed around the screws so they took me out of the house three times to a dentist, which they’re not meant to, because the pain was so bad.
As part of her early reconstruction work, doctors replaced her eroded septum and columella — only the beginning of what would become a long surgical journey.
The emotional toll has been just as brutal. I hate the way I look. I’m constantly made fun of, and trolled for it, she previously admitted. She has also revealed the cruel abuse she receives online, with some messages telling her: You’re so ugly, you’re a junkie, you should just go and kill yourself. Others even wrote that they were glad she wasn’t returning to EastEnders because no one wanted her scaring their kids on the telly.
Despite the trauma, 2025 marked a turning point. After battling a post-surgery infection — a risk she had been warned about — she shared a hopeful update. Today, I got the amazing news that I’m officially clear to move on to stage 2 of my recovery. Despite a rough patch with an infection (which was a known risk), my doctors are happy with how everything’s going – and that means everything to me.
Now back on UK soil, Danniella appears determined to reclaim her confidence — one operation, and one day, at a time.
