NO FILTERS, NO HIDING: Lee Andrews Finally Ditches the Photo Tricks and Reveals His Real Face – But Admits He Feels ‘Insecure’ and Promises to Return to the UK Next Week

Lee Andrews has finally dropped the digital disguise.

After weeks of relying on youth-boosting Instagram filters that smoothed his complexion and appeared to thicken his thinning hairline, Katie Price’s new husband has shared a rare filter-free video – telling followers they will soon see “the real him” in person.

The 43-year-old businessman, who married Katie Price just over a week after meeting her in Dubai, registered their marriage on February 17. Since then, he has become almost as well known for his heavy-handed use of social media enhancements as for his whirlwind romance.

But on Monday, sitting in a bustling Dubai plaza with Price curled up beside him, Andrews insisted it was time for a change.

“So, we’re trying to beat the system – you asked for one without filters,” he told followers while panning his phone around the square. “Just natural light guys.”

Despite the bravado, he admitted he feels uneasy without the digital polish.

“Everyone’s different in real life aren’t they? Everyone’s smaller, bigger, they don’t realise. Someone thought I was five foot six, I’m not, I’m six foot one, 93KG,” he said, seemingly keen to correct online assumptions about his appearance.

Price, clearly smitten, was quick to reassure him. She told him: “You actually look better in life than you do on camera. When we were talking on camera, before we met, and every time you turned your head and I’d see your profile, I’d think phwoar… you have got a very good profile.”

Grinning, Andrews replied: “Let’s hope people see it in real life. They’ll see it when I’m in the UK next week.”

That bold promise has raised eyebrows.

His pledge to return to Britain comes despite ongoing reports that he is currently subject to a travel ban in the United Arab Emirates after allegedly forging his ex-girlfriend’s signature – claims that previously saw him spend three weeks in a UAE jail. While Andrews has portrayed himself online as a jet-setting businessman, investigations have cast doubt on that glossy image.

The controversy deepened after he posted what he claimed was footage from a festive trip to Skegness – complete with sunny blue skies and even a distant mountain range. The timing puzzled many, given that large parts of England have been battered by heavy rain and strong winds this winter.

His ex-girlfriend, Alana Percival, publicly mocked the clip, reposting it with the cutting remark: “People of Skegness watching this asking where exactly is this tropical upgrade?”

In another video, Andrews claimed he was freezing while driving in “his mum’s car,” a moment Percival ridiculed by writing: “When you put on a wooly hat in an underground car park in Dubai to pretend you’re in the UK.”

Percival has previously accused Andrews of being “mentally and physically abusive” during their relationship and warned Price to “run for the hills.” In a blistering social media post, she described him as “the most insecure person I’ve ever met,” adding that “every picture he puts up is edited.”

Now, with filters dropped – at least temporarily – Andrews appears determined to control the narrative himself.

Whether his promised UK return materialises next week remains to be seen.
