A familiar face on Lorraine has officially stepped away from the ITV breakfast show — and viewers may not even have realised they’d already seen his final appearance.
During Thursday’s episode, Lorraine Kelly shared an emotional on-air goodbye as entertainment reporter Tyler West confirmed he is leaving the programme, with his last segment having already aired.

The Strictly Come Dancing alum, 29, has been a firm favourite with audiences, but is now stepping away after landing a major new role as co-host of the KISS FM Breakfast Show alongside Chloe Burrows. With early-morning radio duties now taking priority, Tyler can no longer juggle the 9:30am TV slot.
As the show wrapped, a visibly emotional Lorraine admitted she was devastated to see him go, telling viewers she “couldn’t bear it” and would miss him dearly. Tyler, in turn, reassured the Scottish star that this wasn’t goodbye forever, hinting he would return at some point in the future.

Sharing his excitement online, Tyler told fans the move felt like coming home, promising “big laughs and bigger tunes” as he prepares to take over mornings on KISS, adding that the new show would be “absolute carnage”.
Meanwhile, ITV has already confirmed Tyler’s replacement. Vogue Williams has landed the entertainment reporter role following her successful stint on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!. The 40-year-old revealed on her My Therapist Ghosted Me podcast that she will now appear on Lorraine every Wednesday, marking her first official regular role on the show after previously popping up in fashion segments.

The shake-up comes during an emotional time for Lorraine, who only recently returned to the programme following the death of her father, John, aged 84. The presenter thanked viewers and colleagues for their kindness, describing the Lorraine team as “like a family” as she continues to navigate her loss.
