Brooklyn Beckham appeared to mirror estranged father David Beckham as he celebrated wife Nicola Peltz’s 31st birthday, even as tensions within the Beckham family continue to simmer.
The 26-year-old aspiring chef treated Nicola to an opulent bouquet of white roses — strikingly similar to the flowers David once sent Victoria Beckham for her own birthday last April. Adding to the déjà vu, Brooklyn also uncorked a £5,000 bottle of Screaming Eagle — famously his mum’s favourite wine — posting a photo of the couple enjoying a glass with the caption: “Special bottle for a special day.”

The nod to family tradition did not go unnoticed, particularly given the ongoing rift. Back in 2017, Victoria had shared a family snap featuring the very same wine alongside David and Brooklyn, years before their relationship fractured.
Nicola later marked her birthday on Instagram with images of lavish floral arrangements, her brother Bradley Peltz and her pet dog, captioning the post “some beautiful moments.” Brooklyn chimed in affectionately beneath it, writing: “I love you baby girl xx.” He followed up with a heartfelt tribute of his own, sharing a photo from their vow renewal and declaring: “I am the luckiest man to call you my wife.”

The celebrations come amid revelations that Nicola has wiped all traces of the Beckham family from her social media, after Brooklyn blocked his parents and brothers. It has also emerged that Brooklyn has asked his parents to contact him only through lawyers, with sources claiming the move was made to safeguard his mental health after repeated requests for privacy were ignored.
Earlier this month, David made a tentative public gesture by sharing a photo of his son — an olive branch that was reportedly not welcomed. Insiders say Brooklyn wants any reconciliation to happen privately, not through public posts or social-media tags.

The feud is believed to have roots stretching back to Brooklyn and Nicola’s lavish wedding, where whispers suggested tensions flared over dress choices and family involvement. Sources previously claimed Victoria was hurt by Nicola’s decision not to wear her designs, and that the Beckhams felt sidelined on the big day.
For now, Brooklyn’s romantic tribute to Nicola appears to echo his father’s past gestures — a poignant contrast as the family remains painfully divided.
