Gordon Ramsay is said to have delivered a pointed and deeply controversial father-of-the-bride speech at his daughter Holly Ramsay’s wedding to Olympic swimmer Adam Peaty — a moment that has since intensified an already bitter family feud.
The lavish ceremony took place at Bath Abbey, followed by an exclusive reception at Kin House. But behind the glamour lay a deeply uncomfortable reality: almost all of Adam’s family were absent, including his mother Caroline, who was reportedly uninvited amid a long-running fallout.
According to reports, Gordon praised how beautiful Holly looked and told Adam he was a “lucky man,” before adding a line that raised eyebrows across the room. Gesturing towards his wife, he reportedly said Adam should “look at Tana — that’s what you have to look forward to,” before remarking to Holly that it was a “shame you don’t have the same,” a comment widely interpreted as a cutting reference to Adam’s absent parents.
