ITV presenter Narinder Kaur has publicly called out Holly Willoughby after the former This Morning host was handed only a fine and six penalty points for a car collision that left a scooter rider with a fractured neck.
Holly, 44, pleaded guilty to driving without due care and attention after her £25,000 Mini Cooper struck a man on a Piaggio scooter near her London home on August 28, 2025. According to the court, she turned right into a side road without indicating, sending the rider crashing to the ground at around 20mph.

The victim also suffered a broken toe. During the brief hearing at Lavender Hill magistrates’ court, prosecutors argued the case should be treated as “Category 1A” — one level below dangerous driving — but magistrates ultimately ruled it fell under Category 1B after hearing Holly’s defence.
Her lawyer said she had a “momentary lapse in judgement” that was “completely out of character”, adding that Holly was “extremely remorseful”. She reportedly got out of her car immediately, offered the injured rider water and her phone, and waited for police, admitting fault on the spot.

Holly did not appear in person and instead entered her guilty plea via post under her married name, Holly Baldwin. Her fine was reduced to £1,653 after credit for early admission, bringing her total with court costs to £2,444, payable within 14 days.
But Narinder Kaur was unimpressed — and made sure everyone knew it. After the verdict became public, she reposted the article on social media, writing: “No prison time. A fine instead.”
When a follower defended Holly by saying it was just an accident, Narinder replied: “Yes… and? I’m repeating the article.”

Another accused her of being jealous. Narinder shot back: “Jealousy that she broke someone’s neck?? I just said she got a fine and no prison time.”
Holly, known for her squeaky-clean, family-friendly image, now faces growing scrutiny over what many feel is a lenient punishment for an accident that left a man with a serious neck fracture.
