Josie Gibson has sent fans into a frenzy once again as she showed off her incredible five-stone weight-loss in a striking plunging pink dress during her dreamy Caribbean cruise. The This Morning star, 40, posed on the staircase of the P&O Arvia ship, her blonde hair styled in soft waves and her figure noticeably slimmer after months of dedication to her health.
Sharing photos from Barbados — where she had just docked for “our next on-land adventure” — Josie also posted underwater snaps in a black bikini while snorkelling. She gushed that it was “a beautiful day at sea” and added that cruising across the Caribbean made her feel like she “could spend the rest of my life on this ship.”
Fellow celebs immediately showered her with praise. This Morning’s Sian Welby commented “Beautiful”, while Charlotte Dawson called her “Unreal”. Fans flooded the post calling her “stunning” and “amazing”. One follower even branded her a “hottie”, prompting Josie to joke back, “I wouldn’t go that far!”
Her transformation has captivated viewers all year, especially after she revealed she had dropped five stone without surgery or weight-loss injections. Josie explained that she simply “got off my big a**e, moved more, ate less and educated myself on what I was putting into my body.”
She credited a structured 12-week fitness plan — Do The Unthinkable by MuscleFood — which provided meals, workouts, and coaching. Josie said she followed the plan for six days a week and allowed herself just one controlled cheat meal on her day off, stressing: “Don’t undo all your hard work with a binge.”
The Bristol-born presenter has also been open about avoiding weight-loss injections, saying she understands why people consider them but prefers to “go down the natural route” because she doesn’t want to “mess around” with her body.
